DAMILLE INVESTMENTS II LIMITED (LSE:DIL2) (the "Company")

Transaction in own shares

The Company announces that, further to the announcement released earlier today under RNS Number: 2776S, the Company has purchased on 19 December, 2016 a further 7,282 Ordinary Shares of no par value each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price per share of 108 pence each. The Ordinary Shares purchased will be cancelled by the Company. The total number of shares purchased today by the Company is 25,270 Ordinary Shares.

The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is now 28,453,649, of which 3,092,096 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights attached now in issue is 25,361,553 and this is the figure which should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
