DAMILLE INVESTMENTS II LIMITED (LSE:DIL2) (the "Company")

Transaction in own shares

The Company announces that on 9 December, 2016 it purchased 12,500 Ordinary Shares of no par value each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price per share of 107.5 pence each. The Ordinary Shares purchased will be cancelled by the Company.

The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is now 33,679,090, of which 3,362,721 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights attached now in issue is 30,316,369 and this is the figure which should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure, Guidance and Transparency Rules.
