The Ordinary Shares were sold out of treasury to Damille Partners Limited ("Damille") at the prevailing net asset value as at 30 November, 2016 of GBP1.2112 in satisfaction of the performance fees payable to Damille under the Services Agreement between the Company, Damille and Messrs B Miller and R Davies, directors of the Company and principals of Damille.
