The Ordinary Shares were sold out of treasury to Damille Partners Limited ("Damille") at the prevailing net asset value as at 31 August, 2016 of GBP1.1204 in satisfaction of the performance fees payable to Damille under the Services Agreement between the Company, Damille and Messrs B Miller and R Davies, directors of the Company and principals of Damille.

334,757 Ordinary Shares were sold in settlement of the performance fee for the performance period ended on 31 August, 2016, being the "Second Performance Period".

When calculating the performance fee payable in respect of the Second Performance Period, it was identified that the performance fee in respect of the performance period ended on 30 November 2012 (the "First Performance Period") had been incorrectly calculated by the Company's administrator at that time, so that too few Ordinary Shares had been issued to Damille on 12 February, 2013. The monetary value of that underpayment to Damille was quantified as GBP55,448.41.

Therefore, an additional 49,490 Ordinary Shares were sold in full and final settlement of the outstanding performance fee payable in respect of the First Performance Period as explained above.
