Posted at 08/2/2013 10:29 by praipus bads perhaps I'm mistaken but if NAV is 56.39p and their giving 11p back NAV will be 45.39pSo 65p for 56.39p doesnt make sense.....I'm aware the look through NAV is probably a lot higher but that requires liquidation events etc. As with BLCK Damille are having to sell them back to the company probably because there are no other buyers. I'm sure they are a good buy compared to look through NAV but investors will have to be patient for that. Perhaps DIL will have to sell the remainder to DIL2 or do an at NAV DIL for NAV DIL2 share exchange....hmmm perhaps I'll join you:) GL P euclid5, shrewed, agreed:) |
Posted at 07/2/2013 21:43 by euclid5 are there investments very shrewed on the basis of very undervalued co's - CAD has has it's fair share of prob's inc BoD issues when it flaoted & country policy issues on Oil & gas tax laws etc - but 12p is very low - was 60p one time |
Posted at 07/2/2013 21:37 by badtime Short term trade Praps..the spread narrowed yesterday and I saw 65p as a gd price ...last time they did a return it didn't fall by the same amount ..so a bit of a punt but worth it for just a couple of weeks............may |

Posted at 20/7/2012 19:36 by praipus Damille (post 472 on WAM thread) catching up with paper work DIL and DIL2 together holding over 5% at SEA |
Posted at 11/7/2012 16:17 by praipus DIL and DIL2 should be rising SEA owns a chunck of LOGP which seems to be going vertical! |
Posted at 06/7/2012 09:20 by praipus From the WAM thread:mrionionbahjee2 6 Jul'12 - 08:15 - 987 of 988 Hi Praipus. Tender offer announced at SEA this morning [Damille]: Praipus 6 Jul'12 - 09:19 - 988 of 988 edit Brilliant, thanks once again mrionionbahjee2. Damille's quoted funds DIL and DIL2 hold 3% of SEA between them. |
Posted at 04/7/2012 14:06 by praipus Seeing DIL emerging in popularity for its hidden value I've started a thread for the follow on fund DIL2 |
Posted at 04/7/2012 12:17 by praipus Hi edwardt just calculating the uplift to DIL share price with LWT at todays bid value should add circa £4m to DIL's market cap. But I notice the DIL share price has only managed a few pence ( £1.3m on market cap) so far or have I done something wrong? Also NAV as LWT I think should now be circa 79p. |
