Topping up here. Looks a good time as the price has not really went anywhere since the start of the year, but we know property prices have! Hoping for a good run from here up to the results, hopefully passing £60. Bit of a floor at £5.60 after the post election bounce. However you know who to blame when the price tanks tomorrow AM, that will have been me pressing buy!

Yes, there's no need to cross any fingers with this stock. Results will no doubt be steady as she goes and positive as they pretty much always are. Patience is the only quality that is required with Daejan Holdings.

ST sells. Worries related to a possible labour government and rent caps. Although a labour government may prevail, I cant see rent caps being imposed. A failed idea that does even have the backing of the shadow housing minister.

Wobbles due to possible mansion tax? Talk of min. £2k for houses starting at £2m. There are approx. 100,000 properties worth £2m+. Labour & LibDems expect to raise £1.2 - £1.7bn, so avg per property would be approx. £15,000 i fink.

what goes up, usually come down. especially when the stock is lightly traded and there is no expected news flow. I wouldn't worry.
