12/12/2014 14:17 | Any shareholders about? Great day for Daejan considering the market rout.Fabulous month for the share price Better not say too much or it might tempt fate! The fact remains assets are £75 and the share price languishes at £55. That does help with my sleeping patterns. Prudence and Thrift have always been high on my agenda when buying stock. 27/11/2014 19:22 | I'm not one to care about one days trading but that was a nice day. | sirhedgealot
27/11/2014 13:30 | Simon T. In the IC. Rates Daejan a buy up to £58.00. Really impressive set of figures in line with Interim statement.Above £50.00 now and hope the share price will consolidate and move upwards. | retsius
26/11/2014 20:33 | Fantastic update - £75 net asset value for £50. Not bad value still. Can still remember these being at £13 and what value that was...only about 10 years ago. | topvest
26/11/2014 17:26 | Would be nice to have a strong breakout here. | sirhedgealot
26/11/2014 14:04 | Mine are in a SIPP! | rogerbridge
26/11/2014 08:18 | Freda I agree with your logic. 33% discount to NAV. Put them in a SIPP and forget about them for 5 years and save the heart attacks for AIM oilers and miners! | henley2
26/11/2014 08:03 | Excellent set of results | rogerbridge
26/11/2014 07:57 | Another good set of half year results. Now trading at a 33% discount to NAV. Assuming a more normal 20% discount, we should see the share price increase to around £60 over the next 6 months. | freda
26/11/2014 04:18 | I'm not bearish just saying on past form you will not get much info from interim results | bisiboy
23/11/2014 08:18 | bisiboy - Are you able to elaborate on this a little? Surely a lack of information at the interims doesn't mean that they won't have much to present at the full half year results? DJAN strike me as an 'understated' sort of company when it comes to RNS but hopefully the full half year figures will reflect good performance. Not being critical - I would be happy to hear a more bearish position if there is good reason for it. I'm well aware that it's easy to be bullish on shares I hold. | cycle2
22/11/2014 18:40 | i doubt the reuslts will be exciting at the interim stage they give very littlem info and very short commentary | bisiboy
20/11/2014 17:30 | G Have to crack the big 50 to shake this share price and move north. Hopefully ST.will give a good review if results are up to scratch. Every confidence they will be. R. | retsius
20/11/2014 17:24 | retsius. Thanks for confirming the date I had on my calendar. I couldn't remember how I knew, but, checking back to last year, you are indeed correct that it was 26th November last year. So, all we have to do is wait till Wednesday morning.... mind you, DJAN do seem to have a habit of releasing their results later in the morning than other companies, so it may well be a slightly longer wait positive(?) news. Well, should be "positive" in the current climate for property based investments. | grahamburn
20/11/2014 16:28 | Grahamburn Apologies,I cannot explain why I thought IR would be released on Mon. E-mail to co.and they are scheduled for Wed. How did you know? Was it date of release from last year? R. | retsius
20/11/2014 12:18 | Not sure why or how I have different info to you, retsius, but I have the half year results down on my calendar for Wednesday. I'm probably wrong! | grahamburn
20/11/2014 12:01 | Anyone about? Results out on Monday and should make pleasing reading. | retsius
10/11/2014 13:53 | Nice rise, hope it holds on to it towards the close. Seems £50.00 is a significant hurdle to cross. R. | retsius
16/10/2014 14:12 | Dividend is 47p according to IC so a little bit of market weakness on top at this stage. But overall, yes it is holding up OK. | markgahagan
16/10/2014 13:59 | Stock is xd today.Holding up pretty well considering the market as a whole. Anybody about? | retsius
11/10/2014 17:06 | Scottish field Found it,many thanks. Well at least we know the article is hot off the press and may give a small rise on Monday, but in these markets, you never know! | retsius
11/10/2014 15:44 | retsius, look at the 'your Money' section, page 15, top lhc | scottishfield
11/10/2014 15:38 | Many thanks. Price was up yesterday earlier but succumbed to down market generally later on. | retsius
11/10/2014 13:59 | MW Well spotted.Do you know if the article was printed and released on Friday or will have an effect on Monday? It is dated 10/10/14 and if it was released on Friday it had a negative result on the SP,albeit on a miserable day for shares.Cannot see article in today's DT, but obviously an on-line article.
