D4t4 Solutions Plc today announces that on 17 January 2017 it purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 172 pence per Ordinary Share, to be held in treasury.

Pursuant to the above, the Company advises that the issued share capital of D4t4 Solutions remains as 37,954,318 Ordinary Shares, with 10,805 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Consequently, the total voting rights of the Company is 37,943,513.

The above total voting rights figure of 37,943,513 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
