D4t4 Solutions Plc announces that on 28 November 2017, the Company received notification from John Lythall, Non- Executive Director, that on that date he bought 65,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 133.27 pence per Ordinary Shares.
