Appointment of Executive Director

London: 26 September 2016: D4t4 Solutions Plc (LSE AiM: symbol: D4T4) announces that the Company's Operations Director, Mark Boxall has been appointed as an Executive Director to the Board of Directors, with immediate effect.

Mark has over 21 years of operational, sales and financial experience at both board and operational levels within technology consultancies and product based technology companies such as rbase, Morse, PTC and Fujitsu Siemens. Previously, he worked as senior manager at EMC, where he was responsible for managing sales engagements in transformational IT solutions, for large global investment banks.

Additionally, Mark has valuable experience in corporate finance transactions, with both start-ups and global corporations. Furthermore, Mark founded Chapter26 Ltd, a specialist solutions provider, in 2003, which was acquired by IS Solutions Plc (rebranded D4t4 Solutions Plc in July 2016) in 2008 and Mark was responsible for the successful integration progress.

-- Options over 300,000 Ordinary Shares, granted pursuant to the D4t4 Solutions Plc EMI Share Option Scheme that are exercisable at 75 pence per Ordinary Share, representing approximately 0.80 % of the current total voting rights in the share capital of the Company.

No further disclosure is required under AIM Rule 17 and paragraph (g) to Schedule Two of the AIM Rules with respect to Mark Boxall.
