It looks like that Teeling has a purchase order in at 4.25p

It probably just so happenend that the price dipped momentarily at some stage and 200 shares were put into the order. That's how it seems to me anyway. So if you want to buy them before Teeling does set a limit at 4.26p. ;o)

He cannot nullify Myerson because Myerson has over 25% and therefore can block any SPECIAL RESOLUTION.

But Teeling will have an agenda so I retain my holding

He is trying to nullify Myerson in readiness for the other bidders so that he can't block these.
Plain as day.

I would guess he is looking for 100% on his money too given the risk.

looks like John Teeling is mopping up any shares that are being sold! Another 80,000 at 4.25p, which I believe was the total amount sold over the last couple of days.
