("Cyberview" or "the Company") TRADING UPDATE Cyberview Technology, Inc. ("Cyberview" or "the Company"), a leading provider of downloadable server-based systems to the gaming industry, today announces its pre-close trading update for the year ending 31 December 2006 prior to the announcement of its preliminary results expected on 2 April 2007. The Company is pleased to announce that it delivered, prior to year end, 3,000 Fixed Odds Betting Terminals ("FOBT's") ("Lara terminals") to Ladbrokes in the UK. The planned delivery in December 2006 of a further 1,050 Lara terminals to Ladbrokes and 300 terminals for the Czech Republic market were delayed due to shipment and logistic issues. These 1,050 Lara terminals were delivered to Ladbrokes between the 3rd and 9th of January 2007 and the terminals for the Czech Republic will be delivered in Q2 of 2007. The effect of this is that Turnover for the year ending 31 December 2006 is expected to be #24.3 million. This compares to #15.7 million for the same period last year. The Company is expected to make a small profit pre exceptional items and a small loss post exceptional items. The cash balance at 31 December 2006 stood at #15.7 million (#15.4 million net of debt). Including the 1,050 Lara terminals delivered in early January, in Q1 of 2007 the Company expects to deliver in total 4,000 Lara terminals to Ladbrokes, which completes their order of 7,000 terminals. The Company is also pleased to announce the award of a contract for the sale of 500 of its latest Lara type downloadable gaming terminals to Venezuela. The majority of the terminals are expected to be shipped in Q2 of 2007 and will be installed in bingo halls. Cyberview has recently been honoured with three industry awards in the first-ever Top Twenty International Gaming Products competition. The Company has been cited for its Game Development Tool Kit (GDK); its Remote Diagnostics Application (RDA) and its Secure Interactive Video Lottery Terminal (SIVT). The company's RDA was also honored recently in the fourth annual Gaming & Technology Awards. In acknowledging the SIVT, the award also cited how the Company's expertise in server-based networks placed it in a unique position to understand and address security issues About Cyberview: Cyberview is a leading provider of server-based downloadable gaming systems underpinned by a strong Intellectual Property and patent portfolio.
