CYBERVIEW TECHNOLOGY, INC.
("Cyberview" or "the Company")
TRADING UPDATE

Cyberview Technology, Inc. ("Cyberview" or "the Company"), a leading provider of
downloadable server-based systems to the gaming industry, today announces its
pre-close trading update for the year ending 31 December 2006 prior to the
announcement of its preliminary results expected on 2 April 2007.

The Company is pleased to announce that it delivered, prior to year end, 3,000
Fixed Odds Betting Terminals ("FOBT's") ("Lara terminals") to Ladbrokes in the
UK. The planned delivery in December 2006 of a further 1,050 Lara terminals to
Ladbrokes and 300 terminals for the Czech Republic market were delayed due to
shipment and logistic issues. These 1,050 Lara terminals were delivered to
Ladbrokes between the 3rd and 9th of January 2007 and the terminals for the
Czech Republic will be delivered in Q2 of 2007. The effect of this is that
Turnover for the year ending 31 December 2006 is expected to be #24.3 million.
This compares to #15.7 million for the same period last year. The Company is
expected to make a small profit pre exceptional items and a small loss post
exceptional items. The cash balance at 31 December 2006 stood at #15.7 million
(#15.4 million net of debt). Including the 1,050 Lara terminals delivered in
early January, in Q1 of 2007 the Company expects to deliver in total 4,000 Lara
terminals to Ladbrokes, which completes their order of 7,000 terminals.

The Company is also pleased to announce the award of a contract for the sale of
500 of its latest Lara type downloadable gaming terminals to Venezuela. The
majority of the terminals are expected to be shipped in Q2 of 2007 and will be
installed in bingo halls.

Cyberview has recently been honoured with three industry awards in the
first-ever Top Twenty International Gaming Products competition. The Company has
been cited for its Game Development Tool Kit (GDK); its Remote Diagnostics
Application (RDA) and its Secure Interactive Video Lottery Terminal (SIVT). The
company's RDA was also honored recently in the fourth annual Gaming & Technology

expertise in server-based networks placed it in a unique position to understand
and address security issues
