22/8/2016 08:52 | A smart metering contract with potential revenues of up to GBP37 million for the UK Smart Metering Implementation Programme;a pipeline of commercial opportunities in Europe and Asia. Finally Starting to look interesting again we wait and see.. | hamidahamida
22/8/2016 08:42 | What are chances of these guys actually pocketing the potential £37 million touted revenue in the pipe line!? | kaka47
22/8/2016 08:38 | Interesting results | kaka47
19/8/2016 16:39 | ARM? I know many lost an arm and a leg here,.... does that count! YUP, new investors see things differently....Timin | stav5001
19/8/2016 08:40 | Getting the share price up is a pipe dream on it's own ;-) Though in fairness it could be a decent little short term trading stock because it does run up on news then collapses time and time again. | lwaxf13
19/8/2016 08:05 | Another ARM would be nice but that's a pipe dream for me. My expectations are very low for AIM shares so even a modest increase over the next 6 months would make me happy. Let's see. | activeservo
19/8/2016 07:59 | There is demand for Cyan type of product but they are a small player in a very big pond competing with players with very deep pockets and top drawer management. Another ARM? I doubt that based on their track record. | lwaxf13
19/8/2016 07:51 | I've come at this with cold eyes. It only appeared on my screener a couple of weeks ago. After researching, it meets all my criteria for investment in a high risk stock. I take a long term view and invest rather than grab at profits. People think that's crazy on AIM, but it works for me. The key thing is the demand for their products is increasing every day, so we just need to wait. | activeservo
19/8/2016 07:34 | How many years do the team at Cyan need before putting their hands up and admitting they are just not cutting the mustard for shareholders? They pursued a failing strategy that added nothing for shareholders for years and then flip flopped to buying another business to see if that approach works. Throw in relentless dilution and fund raising. Share holder value my ass. I just can't see it happening. It seems beyond their competence. | lwaxf13
18/8/2016 15:50 | New interview with John Cronin on the shares mag web site: | timbo003
18/8/2016 15:34 | Hi. Jumped in a week ago. Great long term potential, in a growing market (e.g. We'll all be forced to have wireless meters in the next 5 - 10 years etc etc). looks undervalued to me. share price is rock bottom with two months support at 0.18p, good entry point. | activeservo
18/8/2016 11:05 | Bought back in again today 6 x 9's earlier. Am I a fool, an optimist, a shrewd investor or a gambler. All of the before aside, with the recent inclusion into the company of Connode, my confidence in the Tech, additional tech and BoD has increased significantly Iwaxf13, if my memory serves me correctly, Cyan tend to release information on a Thursday, which just happens to be 1st September. Personally, I am not looking for a White Knight, rather a massive predator. | bilbosenior
18/8/2016 09:10 | Watch for news on 1 September. This company thrives on non-sales related news. Please please a white knight come along and put this out of its misery before they come begging for more cash. Again ;-) On the bright side the weather is nice. | lwaxf13
17/8/2016 20:38 | Yeah stav in South Africa....Zambia and Botswana to do before I get back :) | multibagger
17/8/2016 19:54 | Everyone on holiday? | stav5001
15/8/2016 03:15 | Any news concerning the 'Framework?" | bilbosenior
07/8/2016 11:21 | Call me Mystic Meg if you must but I see news on ... Wait it's coming to me ... 1 September ... there's more ... It will be another shareholding RNS ... Wait there's more ... No, false alarm. That's it. Excellent news all round. Zzzz | lwaxf13
02/8/2016 10:33 | Director Shareholdings RNS out from CYAN [oops yesterday!] | cpap man
02/8/2016 09:40 | Hi MB,We (Connode) have a very substantial stake in the UK smart meter programme, around 70% of the UK meters will have Connode software and antennae/meshing capability installed; there is scope for it to exceed the contract baseline (1,8m units if I recall correctly) and the revenue projections. The %'age that is activated depends on the weakness of 3G/4G networks in each district; the prospect of free electricity must require robust dynamic connectivity to each meter? Certainly more demanding than billing.I believe Cyan are moving up the A14 to the city later this year, to Milton Road adjacent to the Science Park; could be good timing!Cheers, tightfist | tightfist
02/8/2016 07:28 | Good Morning Moormoney, We already have a stake in the UK smart meter rollout through our acquisition of Connode...I think that there is a potential of about £37 million over several years or some decent figure (please check the RNS). Good luck all :) | multibagger
01/8/2016 23:16 | Article in the Times today about smart meters. Some companies plan to offer free power certain hours or weekends if a smart meter is installed, great news for cyan if this happens IMO. | moormoney
01/8/2016 23:11 | Maybe some senior executives will fly into Cambridge and talk to the Cyan senior executives then offer something above current share price for Cyan rather than more of the same dragging on here for shareholders with no end to the pain in sight. Fingers crossed ;-) | lwaxf13
01/8/2016 21:08 | Anyone else here get The Times ? In todays Business Working Life Section, Page 42 talks about the after effects of the ARM acquisition on other Cambridge based companies. A few excerpts... ..." Indeed, promising smaller companies in Cambridge are reporting speculative approaches from American and Asian buyers have increased after the ARM sale..." ...."Mr Anderson believes the sale of ARM will provide a further boost. It shines a spotlight on Cambridge as a place where there's lots of high-tech companies. There will be more senior executives flying into Cambridge to have discussions because SoftBank is a company with high visibility". | multibagger |
