November 2017 Share Conversion
The Company announces the conversion of a number of Euro Shares into Sterling Shares (the "Conversion").
On the basis of the net asset values of the Company's Sterling and Euro shares as at 31 October 2017 (using spot currency exchange rates as at 1 November 2017), the current conversion ratio applicable to a conversion of Euro Shares to Sterling Shares, calculated in accordance with the Company's articles of association, is 0.858708 Sterling Shares per Euro Share.
The Company received eligible conversion notices from shareholders in respect of 600,000 Euro Shares by the relevant closing date. Accordingly, an application has been made for the admission of 515,225 Sterling Shares to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority (the "Official List") and the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc (the "Main Market"). It is expected that such application will become effective and that dealings in the new Sterling Shares will commence on 30 November 2017. The revised number of total voting rights in the Company as adjusted for the Conversion will be announced shortly thereafter.
