Christopher Banks, Rupert Curtis, Paul Tarran, Steve Hart and Kristian Morgans hold c.63% of the Company's issued share capital in aggregate, held shares in the Company prior to the IPO in 2015, and in accordance with the rules of the Takeover Code are acting in concert.
