09/10/2014 20:14 | I'm pretty sure they will soon choose to wind down the whole business and sell off the remaining units asap in order to try and conserve the remaining cash. | ochs
09/10/2014 14:24 | That may well be, but there's several considerable issues. Firstly their current business is broken and they are losing money at a considerable rate, and then the intended new business will almost certainly require significant investment in the form of marketing costs, with no guarantee that it will then be profitable. Furthermore, the money outstanding is still a bird in the bush, and that doesn't always come to hand. Still high risk even at this reduced price imo. | tanners
09/10/2014 13:07 | Considering the co is owed considerably more than the mkt cap it feels like Max is behind this. | j777j

23/9/2014 14:37 | There will be no cash left. This is AIM. The directors will overpay themselves until all the money is gone. | jonc
23/9/2014 14:25 | How much cash per share do you think would be left ? Lots of people will need generous redundancy salaries for starters. | envirovision
23/9/2014 14:22 | Reading between the lines I suspect they are planning an orderly close down/sell off for the remaining businesses. The clues are in the mention of conserving cash in the PLC and reducing cash burn etc. It is true that they've been left behind by apps like Tinder and I don't think they'll be able to catch up now. It could make for an interesting cash shell with a decent amount of cash already in the the bank and further cash due for the casual sites (if it all comes in). | ochs |
