The last time a company I had shares in went this way all communication with shareholders ceased, they wouldn't reply to any communications and never produced any business information.

In the end the only news I got was four years later through the official receivers office when it went into liquidation. V.

It is total manipulation Max, and i agree m,the share price would go up as news flowed. They seem to loose money like a sieve and killicks 175k Salary doesnt sit well with the losses

I imagine as a private company there will be an insolvency with key shareholders buying the "good parts" from the receiver.

Salvage what you can while you can IMO.

not worth selling now - private company will suit me although i imagine keith will dilute shareholders privately but this was intention likely all along as he has had previous form - shame it has taken management 11 years to make this silly decision. If the company is so undervalued why did he not promote the company and update the market regularly with contract wins like so many other companies do.

So sorry to read today's announcement and my sympathies go out to 25wbh and maxbubble.

Few listed companies have been strangled so slowly and mercilessly as netb2b2/CSC. The thing is it had so much promise, it was born of the internet age. This is what can happen when one man's ego and money gets in the way of business innovation.

This made me chuckle:-

"Following the Cancellation, the Board intends to set up a matched bargain arrangement to enable Shareholders to trade the Ordinary Shares".

So scant was any news from the company that the shares were being traded on a matched bargain arrangement anyway. The board will get their required 75% as people head for the exit tomorrow.

My advice would be not to sell no matter what. The company is only capitalised at £1 million and does tremendous high quality work for Microsoft and a host of other high brand name companies. For all you know an offer may be on the table but it will only materialise when the company has gone private. Sit tight.

No sales by me Max, agree spread is too large. we need a good placing taken up , any rumours of how much they want or is a fto/takeover on the cards ?. Are they making a profit , maybe Arnie 666 could say.

Well they need some money to pay Killick for all his writeups and debating which he spends most of his time on - telling the world business leaders how it should be done...LOL. I suppose it is needed to strenghen balance sheet and help liquidity again - lol

Barry - are you still selling these short - 2500 sale this morning - shame on you mm's. Whats with our brokers Smith williamson they appear to get paid to do nothing it seems. No research or no interviews, no press and no liquidity - just a large spread. time they were given the boot.
