Adrian seems to be posting jobs on line for different companies. 3 jobs have been advertised on his twitter page from Dubai in September, the latest one for cScape

A lot of what is posted on twitter is for our benefit Barry - if you are working in Cscape and you are leaving everyone will know anyway within 5 minutes no need to post on twitter - also is Sedley trying to poach some staff? bit uneasy about twitter family could be a bit unsettling for staff and shareholders?? now too many straight forward posts like cscape has won a new contract with x.....lol that would be unsuitable in this climate..imv.

seems as if foundation website has now been sidelined as well as Sharepoint for WCM never understood the need for both of them - must have too much time on their hands. Very strange company at times the way it is run - never seems to have a real strategy in place to promote the company and build on it. Anyway as long as they are doing the business thats the main thing. Time for some new contract news surely.

The last post from "Lucky Punter" on the NBT bulletin board

NBT takeover throws the spotlight on Top Level Domain Holdings

TLDH has been waiting and preparing intently for a fundamental shake-up of the internet announced earlier this year by ICANN, the industry body in charge of these things.
Shares in Top Level Domain Holdings (LON:TLDH) were higher in early trade as internet rival NBT (LON:NBT) revealed it had received a takeover bid from the private equity firm HG Capital.
The deal, which values NBT at 153 pence, throws the spotlight on the entire sector, according to broker Daniel Stewart.

Barry, I see Keith will get at least £5m from NBT takeover valued at 21x - with blueskys growth I imagine we would get more but it still underpins our view of blueskys value alone being £5+ million add in Cscape which can easily match blueskys profits and a lot more tomorrow if needle - takeover is very likely here imv. Can't stay below the radar for ever can we Keith?

Max,
Blueskys history of continually providing good net profits is worth far more than the amount you were concerned it might be valued at.
Head office charges would be greatly reduced all around if the company was taken over. cScape disappoints me as it never generates the profits in line with my expectations.Bad costings somewhere,Who is to blame for that?
Bluesky get them right, mind you they dont spend all their time tweeting

well if Keith is not going to dilute us more himself or not take it private, then he will either be wanting to build the company and its value for a takeover exit at some point - to do this liquidity is needed by the city boys and his mates. I think we are near this point - cant see someone coming in and offering £10 a share tomorrow can you?

cScape group Market cap 959.95k GBP . according to the F T this morning.
In my view this is a damming image to give to shareholders and clients.
I would be thoroughly ashamed of myself if i could not do better as a director of this company.

you think the dilution is coming soon Max?

think they are 48th out of 50, ,where do you get the 1 million for Bluesky

Re the last consolidation.
The excuse that the shares were below the nominal value was because he constantly downgraded everything he could so that in my view he could get his hands on further shares at giveaway prices and hold 61% plus .
Bluesky by itself is worth 4/6 million without the encumbrance of cScape
