all the news that theresa was busy typing up has disappeared from the new cscape website - it seems the news was only to help the brokers & mm's for the last price rise. Now no news at all - is Keith a grumpy old twisted individual?

Based on pe of 24 that Autonomy received CASH then Blusky should be worth at least £5m based on earnings. Its growing fast so I imagine Barrys figures of c.£8m valuation is more relevant. cscape has been able to make that sort of profit and more in the past again it is growing fast and money spent on expansion overseas etc etc valuation here must be around the £20- £30m to another digital agency. So I think we are slighty undervalued and still possibly the cheapest company on aim?? Silly valuation here - come on Keithy get this show on the road and get a rerating

Morning Max, i really do hope so. the sector in general is having a good time, Bluesky seems to be very consistent, profitable for the last 10 years. Only write-downs at cScape like 400k for late work and bad management at the top for not keeping an eye on expenses , margins and staff costs ,let the whole group down
Keiths low key analysis of the groups performance is a masterpiece, its a wonder he can keep a straight face when commenting on the poor results and promising better in the future all over again .
Did i miss something when looking for ITMs 25K annual donation, something to look forward to.
He will be hard pressed to write of much more, goodwill ect = zero, must be worth a fortune.His last comment left us all fearing for the future.
Must go, have to do some charitable work for a couple of hours,B

Bound to get some news soon Barry - i think small caps due a short bounce. A lot has been invested in Cscape & bluesky so we should be seeing the fruits of this showing into the p&l at some point soon you would hope.

£7.50 takeout bid on the cards i would say - houseprices on the scene again it wont be too long to wait...lol.... the market works in extremes - now cscape sily price but then autonomy was silly not that long ago as well. Techs due a bounce imv.

Sorry Barry, did see that email - thought I had replied. It looks interesting i had heard of the company and seen the product. It certainly will have many many uses in my view and will certainly bring tools to devices that Bill Gates had vision for all thse years ago. I hope Cscape will be early movers with it as there will be a list of apllications this can be used for and many many more than you or i could not think of.

Might have been better to name the group Bluesky, at least that is the profitable side of the business.

Over 2 years now since this statement. killick was obviously just bluffing. It seems both Cscape and Bluesky will be sold or maybe both together. Still think we will see takeover sooner rather than later imv....wooosh

At an EGM of Netb2b2 today it was agreed that Netb2b2 will change its name to cScape Group plc. In addition Rob Killick has joined the main board of cScape Group plc to help lead its development, as well as continuing his role as CEO at cScape Strategic Internet Services Ltd.

The purpose of these changes is to focus the business on growth and expansion. By making the whole group a cScape brand we are identifying the cScape business of digital services as the core business of the Group and the one we wish to build around.

Dont think I will buy anymore here Barry, just spread my risk other places, it makes sense to do so.Plenty of cheap companies now in the mining sector and the boom is just starting, it will be 4-5 years of huge rises, let the trend be your friend when it gets going.
