Hi Mas, all well?

Thanks for the articles. I'm in this one and think it's great little growth story.

I don't quite follow that last paragraph of the second piece....what is it that has been 'free'?

Some significant Buys today since virtually all transactions are above the mid price and the spread has remained constant throughout. Surprised that there has been no movement in the share price with almost 2% of the issued shares traded so far !

I bought in this morning.

Worth noting that the two principle directors hold 36.7% of the shares between them and in total 66.5% of the shares are held by 9 shareholders.

arics - 14 May'09 - 40: OT, waldy, not on viy bb these days, still holding?

waldof - 14 May'09 - 41: Very much so 'arics', but have no wish to get involved with the 'certifiables' posting on there at present.

waldof - don't blame you for avoiding the 'certifiables' posting on VIY. I rarely post there too these days for the same reason. Unfortunately you can't stop them arriving here - see post #48 !

hello sid!

yea very interesting, directors been buying as well as purchasing own shares, expanding big time overseas.......

not been much volume for a while, results sept 15 i think....

this could be something big in a few years time i think, the volume will get better as people start to realise the potential.........

as always like to hear some views from others, good or bad!!

No intention of posting 'there'.
Yes, i started to buy these just before Christmas and have been buying since then.A range of 31p to 59p i believe.

Sounds good, wouldnt post 'over there' though, you'll only get shouted down! Thinking about getting some more of these, bought in at 33p and cant really see them retracing big time, so might have to snuck in another few at sub 70. Regards.

A number of factors appeal to me:

The nature of their business for a start, and by that i mean not simply stem cell but stem cell storage.CRYO are not in the business of finding cures from research using cells.....they simply store them. A bit like the Goldrush in California...........the folks who made the real money were the ones selling the picks and shovels.
They have massive market share and growing in growth markets.
They have cash to expand and rapidly,so no need for share issue.
They have done sale and lease back on their premises (with a buy back option in 10 years)and will do on another this summer.

There are some big funds/pension on board..Schroders etc.
The directors own a lot of stock and are still buying.
Paying a maiden dividend.
High chance of being taken private...in my opinion.

thinking likewise waldof!

Sale and Leaseback:

Smart way of raising money without diluting the shares i.e no placing.
And the money is to be used for expansion...nice.
Furthermore they will not lose out on any increase in property value over the next 10 years.

And more cash to come when same executed in France in the summer.

I expect this share to continue retracing.

waldof

We are 'only' retracing after all, way undervalued at this price.

All this rise and no one has anything to say???...Unbelieveable! My prediction of 40p has come and gone and we are now in 50p territory. Anyone got any thoughts as to where this could go from here in the short/medium term?
