The Scheme members will be livid when they know what I know. They will wish that they had joined the RA instead of attacking Smith.

mocassinz, Brilliant idea. He certainly deserves it. Why don't you start with a certain amount & every one chipps in and let you have the pleasure to deliver the pressie as it your brain child. I certainly would increase by a certain percentage and hopefully, others would do the same?

Now that its the festive season I propose a whip round to get a certain person living in BERK-hamstead a Christmas pressie. Just as a thankyou for all the entertainment he's provided us with by his antics.

Illiteracy; the scourge of Berkhamsted; the townsfolk ought to spend more time in the library.

Looks like LGB have closed the LGB thread, so much so for freedom of free sppech etc, that's one of the reasons I refuse to pay them any money I was going to post Who stood to gain the most from forming the RA ? it would seem as though everything was okay when we had DB & Co and the Lag, then suddenly a split was caused when we all have the same enemy DG I believe advised this cause of auction so that they can claim money from any guilty parties, i do ask any RA memeber has to who are they going to claim against, i.e Any advisors etc or are they just going to put a claim in when someone has done all the hard work from a pot of money (caused more legal costs)form DB&CO who they didn't want to work with. So what are the RA members doing re claiming elsewhere any progress etc

Sensei, you don't know that! I have no knowledge that the RA have lost or discontinued their action against Langbar, in fact, in the recent response to questions, David Buchler intimated they may have to pay up, he also set aside the funds to do so. I would think a settlement more likely than not, through negotiation between the parties. At the moment, there's no saying what will happen.

EXCELLENT Posts California Joe, Trully Superb. What a shame some cant see further than the end of their nose regards what is happening. Question to.... SOA Members. Have you recieved any of your stolen cash?.. A: NO RA members. Have you recieved any of your stolen cash?.. A: NO Buchler. Have you recieved any cash? YES thanks. £2.75 MILLION, and £8,000 per month, thank you very much for asking.. Who was this money stolen from? It was us... If and when the soa get a payment (If ever going by the way Buchler appears to be trying not to) Then i for one will not begrudge a single penny of that to soa members, as i signed away that right. If i should get a payment, then I wouldnt dream of ramming it down soa members throats. I would actually wish you all the best luck in obtaining a satisfactory outcome.. That i suppose is the main difference on here between some of us posters. Some are rational unselfish non vindictive sensible adults. Others are childish morons.
