Hi Rhomboid, yes the points you raise are all valid. It is still a positive that the directors bought shares imv. What we have is a co worth cash and moving away from the old Ad-Tech, as with most Isreali based co's they seem very cautious and won't jump into any rash decisions but the review should bear fruit as we are starting from zero if you know what I mean. Very confident the share price will be a lot higher in the future.

I'm slightly confused by the new regime have they really just bought c.£50k of shares between them, not much of an expression of confidence in their new employer is it?

I'm tyre kicking here and the shifting sands of the business model would seem a little less unstable had the new hires actually dug deep, the EV here is crazy cheap but I'm confused by the longevity of the business model and indeed the intentions of Mr Sagi as what he does drags minority shareholders along whatever.

Welcome on board, seems to be a few taking profits here which is well and good but what's round the corner excites me with the move away from Adtech and the acquisitions that will follow, just really cheap imv. If this wasn't an Israeli based stock we might be looking at 70p now imv.

Thank you bamboo2, that is very good news indeed. Still low volume here but it doesn't take much to move these. At today's exchange rate the $70mm is worth £57mm and the current m/cap is 54mm.

Hi bb, the eod close today finally confirms a bowl chart pattern for cros. This has a minmum target of 43. The prior gap down is closed. Could be setting up for a golden cross where 50sma crosses a rising 200sma. Often seen as a positive.

Hate it when companies hold shares in treasury. If you're gonna buy back your shares, you should cancel them - otherwise a pointless excercise imo

As at today's date, the Company's issued share capital consists of 148,496,073 ordinary shares of US$0.0001 par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company holds 7,451,423 Ordinary Shares in treasury. The total number of voting rights in Crossrider plc is therefore 141,044,650 which is the figure which should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Crossrider plc shares under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
