Issue of Shares

Croma Security Solutions Plc announces that it received notice that a number of employees have exercised options over 19,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each ("Option Shares") in the Company at an exercise price of 28.5 pence per share under the CSSG Share Option Scheme 2014. Options under the CSSG Share Option Scheme 2014 vested and became exercisable on 28 May 2017, being three years after the initiation of the scheme. The Company will apply for these 19,000 Option Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is anticipated that trading in such shares will commence on 9 June 2017 ("Admission").

No members of the Board of directors will have an interest in the newly issued shares.

The total number of shares in issue following admission will be 16,912,169.

The Company has no shares in Treasury, therefore this figure may be used by Shareholders, from Admission, as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
