Two other stocks currently being heavily ramped by the tipsters are AGTA: Turnover 8.5 mill, loss 1.5 mill, market cap 36 miil!!!!

And also have a look at the recent price of QFI: ramped by everyone not long ago. see the price spike and fall back. does that look like the rcent chart of cmg and ppr?

Has anyone worked out the total cost for CMG for the take over.

Consideration shares 3,282,447 times 0.75p = £2,461,835.25p
initial payment cash £2,000,000
post completion trading upto 717533 shares = £538149.75p
net assets payment unknown
earn-out consideration cash payments capped at £1,200,000 in aggregate.

Giving a total possible cash value of the takeover .........
£6,199,985
£6.2m in short

please double check my figures because i do have fat fingers occasionally.

Nick Rubens - 1 Mar'12 - 12:02 - 71622 of 71624

CMG looking OK. placing is at 1.5p and one director will then own around 22% of the enlarged company.

This poster has missed out the fact that there are shares being issued to the vendors and for the debt conversion.

CMG ...

The market capitalisation of the Company immediately following the Placing, at the Placing Price, will be approximately GBP10.9 million.

It was 3.3 mill yesterday ...add in 5 mill

= 8.3 mill

looks like it'll go up today (-;

From the Macro point of view Croma, CMG, is in the right business - Security. Why? With the high unemployment and the environment of low-growth-to-recession the need for security grows. Therefore, CMG, is in growth sector. From the Micro point of view CMG is of low capital (potential to takeover given its current performance). The income is steadily growing and PE is coming down. Therefore, CMG at the current price of 1.8 looks a 'buy'. I have accumulated on this company. Report is out at the end of September. Let's see how they do (Managment is optimistic.
