04/12/2015 08:21 | The Tide's coming in! | raysor
04/12/2015 08:06 | nice bump to the bottom line but not new contracts - the big question is how quickly they can win new contracts to maintain the momentum. | mdchand
17/11/2015 10:14 | Two trades of 3m (looks like some sort of put through? Price widened to 1.85/2.25 | raysor
06/11/2015 10:32 | In the course of business (investment). | raysor
05/11/2015 16:29 | Hi Raysor Out of interest how did you come across TIDE. Seems a few more people have got on board today. | the shuffle man
05/11/2015 15:43 | It is indeed. Turning a profit with a decent recent contract and the expectation of more to come from similar sectors. | flashheart
05/11/2015 15:41 | Just come upon this company. Looks very interesting. | raysor
07/10/2015 21:02 | Interesting RNS - Helium added 3m shares and not sold as previously thought? Very confused indeed. | mdchand
07/10/2015 15:52 | Thanks mdchand, good article The shares haven't done too much since then, and it's only recently that larger contracts have been announced. I don't think too many funds would be interested in the shares due to the small market cap of the company. Selfishly I'd like them to announce some more large contracts, but for the shares to stay around this level so I can buy some more! I don't really know the history of the company - they've been around for many many years. I wonder if anyone on here knows. Have they only recently developed mpro5? What were they doing before? | jamielein
07/10/2015 15:13 | Jamie - was reviewing some older snippets in the Daily Mail And noted the comment about the global company, and how their adoption of the MPRO5 has required their carriers to adopt the technology as well. No idea who Nestle use globally, but if this is being rolled out across Australia, Germany and Brazil, that is a lot of global exposure. | mdchand
05/10/2015 10:09 | Jamie - suspect we have a large seller in the background - sold into strenth last week hence retrace. Annoyingly, I topped up last week and am gutted can't top up at these prices. edit, Another 1m trade just showed up...impossible to tell if a roll over, buy or sale. | mdchand
05/10/2015 09:44 | I agree and have been adding on the fall. It's a bit strange because I can get a quote above the bid price if I want to sell a large quantity but couldn't get a quote at the offer price to buy anything more than 25,000 shares. If the price is falling I'd expect to be able to buy a larger quantity of shares. | jamielein
05/10/2015 09:28 | Had a peek at the MPro website and came across the following slide - I must admit, some of these names were completely new to me, and I do wonder if they have inadvertently let slip some names. Next, Sainsbury, McDonalds...... Was the announcement of the 17th Sept 15 referring to Next or Sainsbury? As for the announcement of the 1st Sept 14, that has to Nestle (as the graphic refers to PoD/ETA - which ties in with the announcement exactly) Global roll out with Nestle, UK roll out with Next or Sainsbury. Gross margins at 90%, net margins at 30% and rising. Taking the last deal worth £1.1m - assume 30% net margin and your looking at 350k split over 3 years added stright to the bottom line already. Seems very much under the radar still. | mdchand
01/10/2015 16:03 | Just noticed a delayed trade 'sale' of 2.3m go through at 1.56. Was wondering why the share price hadnt reacted more favourably to the recent contract win. | mdchand
30/9/2015 09:18 | Very positive indeed and definitely going places I feel. Had to laugh at the last 2 trades though .....why do some people even bother. | flashheart
30/9/2015 08:22 | Such a confident outlook statement ! VERY positive. The Board and I feel that we are now seeing the benefits of the substantial gearing that we have generated. We are confident that the new channel strategy will result in greater opportunities and look forward to the future with ever increasing optimism. Barrie Whipp The number of subscribers using Crimson Tide's mpro5 solution continues to build year on year. Furthermore, the current opportunity pipeline is extremely encouraging with companies of increasing size seriously looking to implement mpro5 in their businesses. Our business model, targeting long term contracted revenues gives the Board more reasons to remain very positive for the prospects for the Company. Stephen Goodwin | the shuffle man
22/9/2015 08:06 | Forecast growth is very high and margins are high too. Although this share isn't 'cheap' at the moment, it has the potential to look cheap in the future if they achieve or hopefully beat forecasts. The deals seem to be getting bigger which is a positive sign. | jamielein
22/9/2015 06:29 | You need to look at the forecast t/o and profit which is growing with each deal | the shuffle man
22/9/2015 00:00 | £9.5m market cap is a bit rich given the turnover and profit. | red army
21/9/2015 16:49 | closed on high. very positive | jon12345
21/9/2015 13:49 | chart looks very tasty. breakout soon on the back of last weeks big contract | jon12345
17/9/2015 08:14 | Like you say mdchand. Not yet noticed.........but it will be! | flashheart
17/9/2015 08:05 | They had 86% gross margins on existing business, and were already cash positive, so expect the majority of this contract to go straight through to pure profit. Market to wake up to this. | mdchand
17/9/2015 07:54 | Great news this morning which should undoubtedly lead to more contracts within the same sector. Looking for this to consolidate well into the 2's now. | flashheart
23/7/2015 22:28 | I don't think that's how it works - they will have dropped the price because there was some selling. Surely dropping the price if you want stock is risky as someone might buy instead of sell? | jamielein |
