28/6/2016 14:49 | Today's results are excellent on all fronts. NTA has increased from 7.7p to 9.9p and it is still trading below 9.9p which amounts to a discount of 16%. I am already invested in this stock. May consider investing some more this week. | hjs
20/5/2016 10:37 | Buy and tuck away some CRL shares. A tiny company with everything going right. It ticks off on all aspects of profitability, liquidity, future prospects etc are bright. It is still trading below NTA value so one would be buying at a discount. | hjs
21/4/2016 11:54 | Well, we are now through the year end.. Interesting acquisition of Broad Oak Toiletries, The chairman was very positive about it, it appears to have given them not only a broader market but increased productivity. Local press at the time of BOT going into administration reported: "Administrators explained in statements given to local news sources in Devon that Broad Oak Toiletries had succeeded in expanding its customer base during the 18-month period prior to its entry into administration. However, these developments apparently “led to capacity issues at its Tiverton manufacturing plant which put insurmountable pressures on its working capital” Given the statement in CRL's last years results "We are finalising plans to invest approximately GBP100,000 to improve our manufacturing and logistics organisations. This one-off expenditure, which will impact on the results for this year, will provide us with the structure capable of delivering long term increases in productivity and capacity and improve our competitivenes", and also in the Acquisition CRL also took over all BOT's "unencumbered plant and equipment" This would seem to indicate that CRL should therefore have sufficient capacity which will allow them to meet the increased demands - to use the info from the RNS statement "Given the current condition of BOT's business, the Company believes it can achieve sales of GBP3.2million for the year to 31 January 2017 thus making a positive contribution to the results of the Group" The share price is now on the move again (long may it continue), we are also potentially looking at CRL giving a dividend this year if the company continues to grow as it anticipated in last years results. 04/1/2016 16:35 | The video of Creightons presenting at Mello Monday, November 15. www.piworld.co.uk/vi As Dinocras says (in the article above), “a fascinating little company that seems to be doing many things right.” Although a minnow, £5m market cap, which is illiquid - a 22% spread 6-7.5p as of today! | tomps2

12/11/2015 15:13 | I did a fair bit of DD. Didn't buy but think this is quite a bit undervalued | drmaccers
12/11/2015 10:23 | The latest half year results are not bad at all. The share price initially went up and closed down yesterday on very small volume. The net tangible asset value works out at 10.4p a share and today it is trading at 7.75p which works out at a discount of 25.5%. The outlook is bright and soon some one will notice this discosunt and will start buying. They have enough cash in the bank as well. IMHO everything I have seen is +ve so do your own DD and decide for yourself. | hjs
21/10/2015 13:09 | Using this rather than starting a new thread. Looks like an interesting play, showing signs of movement, its found support at 6.5p. From end of year results 6/15 Diluted eps up from 0.79 to 1.2p Borrowing down from 602K to 75K. No dividend but stated in the results "The Board has considered and decided not to declare a dividend this year. As part of this review the Board also decided that it should aim to introduce dividend payments for the year ended 31 March 2016, should the underlying level of profits and cash generation continue to improve" Half year results should be due out in Nov As usual DYOR. | clives
