20/9/2016 22:08 | Cheers EDF - away for a few days so will read though posts at the weekend - at least it is very active and interesting here following the RNS! Personally I think opinions can change depending on the current share price - I guess even you might consider investing here if the share price drops to sub 20p? We usually all have our entry/exit price ATB all | knigel
20/9/2016 22:00 | OK- pm me your opinion on Craw and i will post that from now on, that is what you want isn't it? Enough silliness for one night! ;) | evil_doctor_facilier
20/9/2016 21:54 | Did you not read my posts just 3 or so back? Who are you, the Crawhaw thread Stasi or something demanding your questions be answered and answered right now? Seriously how dare you ask ANYONE why they care to post anywhere or anything on discussion board forums. Moreover, 'discussion' being the significant word here! Is this thread hosted in North Korea? Astonishing! evening to you. | evil_doctor_facilier
20/9/2016 21:51 | Just a simple question for you Edf and it is a repeat of what I asked before why are you posting here? You are not long and you cannot short you say plus you now say you have very little spare time. If I was short of time I would not waste it writing long posts let alone engaging in pointless arguing. I am sure you have a good reason would you share it so we know your motives? | pogue
20/9/2016 21:33 | Hi KNigel i will posts it, it is very long and i do have a wife, kids, judo clubs football,Garden , Apple trees, Lawn, work and home ect ect, so stick with me for a while. I have just gone back over all the posts since i last posted yesterday and seen your question. YES!!!! Obviously it will be posted in a fair way otherwise what is the point in wasting my time doing so? I would be churlish and maladjusted if all i wanted to do was to smear and attack Craw for no reason. That would be no better than the posters on advfn Ramping Craw. That said and somewhat par the course, they do not seem to get the in-depth scrutiny that i enjoy with the views they post do they?;) evening to you. | evil_doctor_facilier
20/9/2016 21:26 | Still waiting for your research.. and an answer to my question on whether you can point to any positives in your research thanks | knigel
20/9/2016 19:47 | PLA, spastics capital is another overpriced low growth mello tout begging for an accident to happen they dont half pick em at these wine soaked events for clueless oap's. they're not shrewd investors, these are events where clueless old farts are looking for tips, best to go without these smug back slapping socials and do ones own homework, make more money that way and get to keep it without handing a 50% loss back just because some butcher's giving away too many out of date BBQ packs of rancid meat, lol just saying c yas x | hvs1
20/9/2016 19:10 | I see dr troll has chosen not to answer other poster's queries as to why he posts. Or maybe he has a problem reading posts that question or correct him.... | eburne1960
20/9/2016 18:21 | Quickly ref post 4247 daviddosh. Is it of any relevance that Crawshaws did not inform the market of any slowdown in sales of meat during the football world cup in 2014? "Crawshaws are not in financial problems....they may have suffered with a negative like for like figure against strong comparatives in August" I have not read one post from anyone suggesting Craw are in immediate financial problems? The LFL sales growth for the corresponding period that the company is talking about in its trading update is H1- Last year H1 LFL sales were (minus)- 2.2% * So i think you may be mistaken about Crawshaw being up against a strong figures comparatively from the same period last year, indeed quite the opposite appears to be true! *RNS dated 29th September 2015 29th September H1 "LFL performance from -2.2% " *RNS dated 15th September 2016 " These factors persisted through to the end of the half year period" The growth story has not changed I believe it is safe to say LFL sales are well down by the companies own RNS .I can see no mention of this planed drop in sales bring part of any plan in previous statement. Moreover if everything was going to plan, why would they be looking to change completely the roll out strategy of new stores they had already set out in previous updates? The danger is here that the 4.9 million in the bank at year end 2015 will be significantly eroded in such a manner that the pricing of the existing roll out of new stores would potentially need further funding down the line and hence possible dilution of equity. aimho no position held. | evil_doctor_facilier
20/9/2016 18:13 | optimistic As the name suggests just a stones throw from "girlfriend" tiger | castleford tiger
20/9/2016 17:55 | Been extraordinary busy, i will get round to actually posting my review of Craw as promised in the near future. regards edf | evil_doctor_facilier
20/9/2016 16:17 | Lol...I take your point | playful
20/9/2016 16:16 | playful, it's appears that meats could be stored in baskets at room temp, something like e-coli springs to mind, I'm sure the health authorities will be on to this. Dry and tin foods should be OK but I don't want out of date bread...this outlet will not affect Crawshaws but might affect the meat buyers in a way they will not be happy with. | optomistic
20/9/2016 16:07 | Supermarket surplus food is now available direct to the public and you can pay whatever you deem appropriate, its early days but I think it has legs. CRAW need to be aware as this is within 2 miles of both their Leeds shops. | playful
20/9/2016 15:50 | CT....Nr Barnsley, girl friend (tonque in cheek regards age)lives in Kippax. | optomistic
20/9/2016 14:49 | optimistic you seem local to me? Leeds man? Tiger | castleford tiger
20/9/2016 14:42 | 5 kilos of chicken in the freezer, 24 breasts and a further equivalent of 5 more out of the inner breasts, which I use for stir fry. Great value, lots of meals for £20. Before I get the...is that all you have...no I do have the veg etc as well :-) | optomistic
20/9/2016 14:33 | never trust posters who lol at their own posts... lol (4 times in the case of hvs1) lol | shrout
20/9/2016 14:05 | hvs, There are about 15-20 posters on the ACSO thread that would love to hear your Mello warnings lol | mr hangman
20/9/2016 13:50 | he deserves to be smug, he saw reality, everyone else's brains were clogged up with cheap meat pies and back slapping at mello events, all thinking they're shrewd investors, lol for every smug 'I told you so investor' there are clearly a hundred oafs who pay sky high valuations for a butcher with grand plans based on hawking BBQ fodder, lol these mello events should come with a health warning just like eating too much meat, lol they're just glorified tipster events just saying, lol | hvs1 |
