Statement re Share Price Movement
The Company notes the fall in its share price. The Company can confirm that it was in dispute with a small unsecured creditor. This creditor had applied for a winding up order against the Company. The Company was made aware that certain historic documents in connection with this matter remain available on the internet.
The Company wishes to inform shareholders that the matter was resolved amicably and the petition withdrawn before any court hearing.
