19/5/2016 12:53 | "see a profit, take it" for some that's their mantra DC. I am adding, not selling, however. | karina
19/5/2016 11:55 | "95% equity in Craven House Industries Ltd. valued at price paid of US$1 million" Looks like it was dissolved a few months ago, another write-off for the CRV team; Its only asset an equity stake in an electric switch manufacturer based in Brazil which looks to be dormant. The news page of its website is written in filler text | bam bam rubble
18/5/2016 16:24 | Stigologist. Do you hold any here? As I hold nearly 4m I am nicely in front and there is much more to come. If you do hold I am sure you could now leave with a few quid should you wish. I don't like the smoke and mirrors here and Mr Pajaks PR however money talks. Can you let us know what your beef is here or have you taken out a short? Might be dangerous with other RNS's likely to drop. Just curious! | rusty9717

18/5/2016 13:53 | Why pray do people want out? 39C out there and I was looking for aircon and close to 1p to face some more sun. DC | daicaprice
18/5/2016 07:15 | Robin thats not likely at all as all previous deals (on a much smaller scale) have been at 1.25p.Plus to say reduce the placing price by 50% CRV will need to approve a 50% increase in number of shares- and how many warrants have they approved to date- yep zero! | manni786
18/5/2016 07:07 | is there a possibility that those partaking in the present and future placings may have an additional entitlement to warrants that will be issued at a later date thus making the placing price of shares higher then they otherwise would have been | robin_lemer
17/5/2016 19:41 | 33 Price: 0.78TullyCrow 1,053 postsCRVCRV have always done their investments or placings at 1.25p. Are we to believe that the money invested today with no doubt more to follow are people who expect to do their dough? On the balance of probabilities I would suggest that isn't going to happen. What encourages an investor to put in close to £3.5m at a price of 1.25p when they know that they have immediately done £1m at the current share price..Why did Evan Kalimtgis take 26% of CRV? why are GEM willing to invest up to £30m? Why are other " overseas investors" still in advanced talks with us to invest even more money at 1.25p no doubt? Mr Pajak can hardly drop below that figure now can he?I am selling nothing and will see this out, it could be bigger than the regulars even think. | karina
17/5/2016 19:33 | My gut reaction is that this is not GEM today who will delay until the "smaller" investors are on board. Remember the GEM deal is signed already which I am sure has been massively beneficial for Mark when negotiating with the new investors. For fear of repeating myself, 1.25p is their cost of entry to CRV. To invest, in todays case, £3,500,000 in an AIM company, means that 1.25p will have to be a distant memory for them to make money and be able to realise their investment. As I have said many times before, CRV could be life changing for all involved. | karina
17/5/2016 17:32 | always smoke and mirrors with this mob | the stigologist
17/5/2016 17:11 | Just left the beach to see that news, excellent stuff just wish I'd picked up the other 200k as CLP are down. Well done all. DC | daicaprice
17/5/2016 17:04 | "CRV has raised GBP3.47m cash before expenses through a placing of 277,411,748 new shares @1.25p. The net proceeds will be used for investments, with certain opportunities already under evaluation. Market updates to follow in due course" Sounds like a deal to issue those shares to the investment vendors, who agreed CRV can announce it is issuing shares at a premium to raise cash consideration. That way everyone's a winner, as the directors get to ramp the share price and the vendors can list a cash sale on their CVs instead of a swap for AIM shares | bam bam rubble
17/5/2016 16:26 | Cracking news! Well done all holders. Fundraising at double the market price. Looking at 1 year chart it might be triple the average price in that time. Can't think of anyone else who has ever done that. Seen conversion of debt / payments to creditors at a large premium, but not a cash placing. | bozzy_s
17/5/2016 16:19 | I would say we have more placings at 1.25 to come. Interesting they have not named todays investor as yet, does that mean they are not finished? 26/4/2016 16:57 | If the spread is .65/.7p I wish they'd show it correctly especially when it is in a lull period, I held back because I thought I was overpaying @.6895 and I know in the long run its nothing but I enjoy the chase. DC | daicaprice |
