02/3/2016 16:01 | Nice 1m buy on the dip for someone. DC | daicaprice
01/3/2016 11:03 | Scargs CRV raising new capital It is encouraging to read in the interims that CRV is hoping to raise new capital and that discussions with prospective new investors are continuing to progress well. The new capital + GEM could give CRV a minimum of £50,000,000 worth of fire power as it is a huge amount of money for a company with a market cap of £6/7,000,000. If more investors knew about CRV the share price would react favourably just on this announcement and prospects alone. In the meantime we LTHs must remain strong, firm and patient. | karina
29/2/2016 11:31 | Pretty much as I expected I would say. Nice to see a positive spin this time and as Tully says, with more than £30m on the way into CRV its just a matter of time until we see game changing news "We believe this has created a once in thirty-year opportunity to invest in good companies" Seems GEM and others are in agreement with Mark. Looks like we got VERY close to a deal in the last 6 months - "During the period an additional loan of $2,099,989 was received but was repaid immediately, with no interest being charged." | karina
25/2/2016 12:13 | If you are interested you can see the new man in a video, here | karina

24/2/2016 16:21 | As we all know, never trust anyone or anything on AIM K but I will try and take a few more. DC | daicaprice
24/2/2016 16:18 | Interims in the next 3 days DC, assume it will not be a Pajak hatchet job this time......! | karina
24/2/2016 15:45 | It seems they will swallow up as many small sells as they can get @.8p K, knowing on first big news they'll be banging them out over1p easily. May have to take some HH and MIN profits to test their resolve shortly. DC | daicaprice
24/2/2016 15:24 | Previously Calum has started and sold two small risk advisory companies, worked for and on behalf of multinationals, IGO’s, governments and privately held businesses; often to mentor and assist senior management teams in developing strategies to improve performance. He has led multinational teams in the Balkans, the Caucuses and Central Asia and lived, worked and travelled extensively throughout Africa. | karina
24/2/2016 08:12 | Was this in CRVs investment policy previously? The Company may choose to invest in newly formed or early stage asset backed companies without any track record | karina
24/2/2016 08:11 | Some updates to their website Calum Morrison - Non-Executive Director Following a successful career as an Officer in the Royal Marines, Mr. Morrison has spent over 15 years managing businesses across a diverse range of emerging and frontier markets in sectors including telecoms, risk management and oil & gas. He has developed particularly valuable experience in north and central African jurisdictions, the Middle East and India | karina
19/2/2016 13:50 | A full week of a few small sells, was hoping for a little dip but looks like stalemate until news. Have a good weekend all. DC | daicaprice
11/2/2016 16:15 | Karina, MP was vague when asked about this in Dublin. Didn't convince me it was created for no reason. | rusty9717
11/2/2016 10:03 | Understandably quiet here whilst we await the next piece of the jigsaw, checking GEMs website each day and CRVs to see when they remove Alex and add Calum is as exciting as it gets for now..... I have noticed that Craven Industrial Holdings Plc have submitted an annual return in Dublin. Dormant companies do not have to do this, so looks like it is indeed a part of the puzzle? | karina
09/2/2016 08:17 | Seems our buyer is still loading up @ .85p that will have taken out what they gained yesterday. DC | daicaprice
08/2/2016 16:45 | They've tempted a few and were obviously very short to have held it @.85p for so long. DC | daicaprice
07/2/2016 12:14 | It may well be that the potential investors are actually looking to reverse something into Craven. A low cost way of getting a listing and in reality control of Craven in it's new guise.Possibly a name change more in keeping with new majority shareholders business. Lots of options possible but all seemingly positive for existing shareholders and any one buying in below 1.25p. Just thinking out loud. | knitcraft
06/2/2016 14:39 | Scargs 106 postsReflections on yesterday's two RNSsThe passing of all the Resolutions at yesterday's EGM, the stepping down of Alexandra Eaves as a Director of the company and the appointment of the new Director are more pieces of the jigsaw that have fallen in place. Now that the new share issue has been approved it gives the "emerging market" investors the opportunity to come on board at 1.25p and potentially £50,000,000 could be raised by Craven. I'm not sure whether or not the £50,000,000 would include GEM's £30,000,000. BUT to my mind if an "emerging market" investor/s and GEM buy the new shares at 1.25p they would, without question, want representation on the board to monitor their investment.Clearly the new investors would be looking for a healthy return on their investments and this can only be good for Craven's LTHs.We are another few positive steps further forward with our involvement with Craven and our investments and patience may well be nicely rewarded.Time will reveal all. | karina
05/2/2016 17:44 | TullyCrow Posts: 1,002 Off Topic Opinion: Strong Buy Price: 0.875 CRVToday 17:37 There is the first director change some of us expected. There may be more additions to the board... We all knew that the share issue was going to be approved, but as Karina says, the wording is very important in todays RNS. It is now "advanced discussions with a number of potential investors" To put this into perspective, CRV have a MC of just over £7m, yet GEM are willing to invest up to £30m, and now we have "a number of potential investors" wanting to put money in as well. It is all looking rather rosy.. Mr Pajak stated at the recent AGM that he wouldn't issue shares under 1.25p, as I have said before, we have no way of knowing for certain if that is the case but it has always been that figure in previous deals, I don't see any reason why it should be any different now. Interims later this month, will we see the first tranche of shares issued before them? | karina
05/2/2016 16:41 | Better than I expected "The Company is currently in discussions with a number of prospective investors" is now "The Investment Manager is currently in advanced discussions with a number of prospective investors" So up to £30m with GEM is a done deal and the new investors at an advanced stage. Happy with that | karina
05/2/2016 16:39 | Based in Tain, the home of Glenmorangie single malts. Good place for an AGM. | knitcraft |
