01/12/2015 00:54 | Finished as the lows and suspect many will be dumping early doors | the stigologist
30/11/2015 15:36 | Nice 1m buy @ .5 Someone still sees value . If I didn't know better id say Pajak had been smoking weed all weekend and listening to Radiohead. Purposefully done IMHO. There disregard for PI's is simply staggering. | rusty9717
30/11/2015 14:26 | I'm surprised GEM are prepared to risk monies. either through bad luck, bad timing or bad management they have pretty much delivered zilch for shareholders. Why expect anything to change? | still waiting
30/11/2015 10:34 | Ah Of course Imo GEM will only give cash for shares if they can off load them at same or higher price and/or secure new cash against all assets ie. Preference shares or loan notes In which case the co. could very easily be owned by the lenders .ie. 0 for shareholders ZILCH !! ..since current assets is 30k which is not enough to cover yearly costs... Directors & GEM might be the only owners Fulltimeinvestors.co | smithie6
30/11/2015 10:25 | Farmlands of Africa investment Now valued at ZERO Pressfit, listed then a few months later de-listed !! They dont seem to know what they are doing imho ----- Taking stakes of 49% Imho a big mistake Not many funds putting cash in to a business wld take 49% | smithie6
30/11/2015 10:03 | Managed another 2 lots the last 350k @ .43p, well oversold. DC | daicaprice
30/11/2015 09:59 | Back on the watch list......GL S | swizz
30/11/2015 09:47 | GEM funding is covered in the very last paragraph of the RNS. | mortimer7
30/11/2015 09:45 | 12th Nov & before...I highlighted some of the negative items & Stig Only when mkt sees results do ppl take notice And lose 30% imho avoid Pressfit, example of quality of this company Very low imho Again beware never ending rampers on main thread, maybe GEM foreward selling ...ie. flipping. Perhaps using Karina to help them (suck in mug punters as buyers) | smithie6
30/11/2015 08:14 | I agree DC. No mention of the additional £30 million funding provided by GEM. Pajak clearly once again deterring investors. Bargain to be had here. | chumpster10126
30/11/2015 08:13 | So 6 months ago they reckon their NAV was c.£4m. Any guesses how much lower it is now ? | the stigologist
30/11/2015 08:06 | Dire and close to technically insolvent which explains the 'GEM funding' | the stigologist
30/11/2015 07:29 | Could be a few bargains around this morning I fancy. DC | daicaprice
27/11/2015 16:18 | Hopefully a little dip Monday am to load up a few more. Pub time, have a good weekend all. DC | daicaprice

26/11/2015 17:16 | Camkite Posts: 915 Off Topic Opinion: Strong Buy Price: 0.675 CRVToday 17:10 In bed with, GEM - a point of note of is where GEM state on their website they invest in "late stage development situations"... this implies to me that they do not invest on a whim? CRV a loss making, Aim listed minnow, with decent backing - how and why would such a funder agree to funds of this kind without first understanding what the money would be spent on.. or at the very least the kinds of acquisitions the company will be looking into... just can't see it. The Macadamia farm is interesting speculation & not the easiest situation to marry up... given the tie in's with the management and the cross over on office space in ireland... its entirely possible CRV will take a % of Quton who are according to Bloomberg, jointly involved in the buyout of the Macadamia farm along with Desmond (CRV's investment manager) .. £30m is a lot of money for a £5m mcap company to have at their disposal, spent wisely that could improve this market cap immensely, an acquisition on a % of a profitable company in a potentially growing and lucrative market with dilution at a premium to todays company valuation? possible. If this dips, i'm happy to grab a few more, even more so in these current market conditions, don't think there are many companies with the upside potential of CRV (currently) from NAV with c£1m cash in the bank, time is on our side. Bash2 - cheers for the compliment mate, we can but try! & Karina - never been on Tiptv mate or interviewed CEO's, except for myself on the blower :), think you must have been reading some of Doc's stuff (the brains behind VTM). 26/11/2015 13:28 | Bash2 Posts: 185 Premium Chat Member Off Topic Opinion: Strong Buy Price: 0.70 View Thread (3)Karina1Today 14:32 Thanks for your excellent posts. I'd like to add, CamKite is the best share picker around. Very under the radar, for now..........a bit like this share, again, for now. I've followed his calls into SMA, MAC, my personal favourite PANR and now here. My portfolio is 1000s of % better off from the articles of his. This share will multibag anyway, but having CamKite onboard, and the respect he has from PI's and those in the city, will see large buys flowing in here. Good luck to all, you're well invested here. | karina
26/11/2015 13:23 | Wonder if this is the reason we has seen the interest today? He has a very decent following | karina
26/11/2015 12:29 | I agree Karina. The results will be interesting. I hope they update on current projects/investments | chumpster10126
26/11/2015 12:19 | Currently 4th on the days top risers list, results in the next working day or two and yet you can here a pin drop in here :-) | karina
25/11/2015 14:52 | This has a really good feel about it....peeps happy buying @ 0.675p, that deal can't be far away, from last RNS. Craven House Chairman, Mark Pajak, explained, "This agreement provides Craven House with significant permanent capital to support future acquisitions. Having fresh capital available will speed the rate at which Craven House can continue to build value for shareholders over the long term. As with all previous issuances of new Ordinary shares, we do not envisage issuing new shares below 1.25 pence per share. We now have a strong financing partner in GEM. We look forward to working with them in seeking transformational acquisitions for the Company and are currently evaluating a number of opportunities; there are no guarantees that any of these will be completed, but further announcements will be made as appropriate." | fenseal3 |
