Countryside Properties PLC (the "Company")
Amendment to description of Ordinary Shares (the "Shares")
As announced in the Company's Half-Year Results Announcement on 18 May 2016, the Company undertook a court approved capital reduction on 9 March 2016, in which the nominal value of the Shares in the Company was reduced from GBP1 to GBP0.01 with effect from that date.
The Shares will now be designated on the systems of the London Stock Exchange and on the Official List as "Ordinary Shares of GBP0.01". This will replace all references to "Ordinary Shares of GBP1".
This "technical change" in designation has no other legal consequences and is expected to take effect on 28 December 2016.
