and Change of Name
The Company today announces that at the General Meeting held earlier today the resolution to approve the change of name from Castle Street Investments plc to CORETX Holdings plc was approved by shareholders.
With effect from 12 April 2016 the Company's shares will trade under its new name of CORETX Holdings plc and the Company's London Stock Exchange Tradable Instrument Display Mnemonic ("TIDM") will change to COR.L. The Company's ISIN number will remain unchanged.
