Rolo, regarding potential fund raise - I suppose a lot depends on how thick and fast any orders come rolling in.
Not saying a fund raising will not happen, but an other option could be via a company financial loan...

Corero stated at the last fund raise, " It is anticipated that the fund raise will enable the Company to achieve positive cash flows from trading in the second half of 2016. A further announcement regarding the completion of the Subscription will be announced later today". - see below:

Trading update and Proposed Fundraising (Dated 30 July 2015 )

Proposed Fundraising to raise up to £5.0 million

Proposed Fundraising to raise up to £5.0 million Corero is proposing to raise up £5.0 million at 10p per share by way of a subscription. The net proceeds of the proposed fundraising will be deployed to support SmartWall TDS sales and marketing activities in the US and Europe, and the further development of the SmartWall TDS product.  It is anticipated that the fund raise will enable the Company to achieve positive cash flows from trading in the second half of 2016. A further announcement regarding the completion of the Subscription will be announced later today.

Corero given a write-up the the FT's Share-Cap article, although they made an error saying the shares closed up 6.75 per cent on Friday rather than 6.75p.

Corero mention in the Daily Mail's Market Report.

'Away from the blue-chips, one of the stars of the week has been cyber security specialist Corero, up 32.5pc to 28p yesterday, meaning it has motored over 50 per cent in the past week. The bump comes on the back of two big contract wins: one with a major US web hosting firm, the other with a European internet service provider.'

Senior Sales Appointment bearing fruit.

Three of the recently announced contract wins have been in America.

Last year CNS announced the following appointment:

Scott Prouty has been appointed Senior Vice President of Sales, North America. Prior to joining Corero, Prouty served as Vice President of Service Provider Sales, North America for RedSeal Networks. In this position, he led the sales and go-to-market strategy for building the company's service provider customer base, which included some of the largest service providers in North America. Previously, at Arbor Networks, Prouty held the position of Vice President Sales, Americas and as founder of the sales organisation, he led the company to rapid growth.

sorry to post again but this appointment seems to be key to cns

I sold my holding the the other day the share price has got way ahead of the fundamentals too quickly in my view. Will revisit when they've got closer to the $20m revenue i think they need to get close to making a profit. Would have been nice to have picked up a few extra pennies selling today though.

1. Directors
2. 1.5m shares
3. Wouldn't make sense to be able to sell straight away!
4. But then you have found all the info.

They are not performance related but then they will incentivise hopefully.
