What is the concern they are announcing within 4 months, they have 6. No announcement of material change from expectations 2 p plus and expectation of divi inc.
jg never primes but delivers otherwise informs.

Assuming its not because of sinister problems then it might be due to issues with consolidating figures from recent acquisitions and maybe issues with integrating accounting systems? I for one was concerned by the number of acquisitions. From memory there didnt seem to be a huge amount of obvious synergies between the companies bought-it was a bit of a mish mash. Almost like acquisitions for the sake of it rather than well thought out. Hopefully they are done with acquisitions for now. All IMHO

Even today's announcement has a vague 'on or about'. The problem is that we do not know the cause of the delay - is it the auditors being awkward about the treatment of acquisitions or simply that the new CEO had a holiday already booked when appointed?

The decline in share price looks like a steady drip of small sells over the weeks as people have decided that delay = bad news and given up.

However, there has been no profit warning and if the forecast of EPS 2.2 D 1.0 is met we are looking at a p/e of 8.2 and yield 5.6% @18p.

The news today does not seem to have pleased the market as it will be about a month later that usual. As you say topvest,there maybe more to this delay on top of the slide that has occurred over the pass weeks with a fair volume of sells. JG moving posts and taking a different role seems to have been flagged as the time to sell.

Results are a tad late. I guess they may want to combine with an acquisition and placing which may be holding things up OR it's just taking longer to finalise the audit. Who knows!

About time they proved themselves with all the previous acquisitions before heading into more. They have never announced further large repeat orders for the crates that they had received two big orders for that must be almost done and dusted by now.

Let us have a TS and some insight to how things are following the previous fundings.

I believe great things to come for this stock, quietly going about business making sensible bolt ons which are adding all the time. Can see 40p if patient. But why not with dividend still progressing and rates elsewhere dire.
