12/12/2014 22:05 | That's a nice potential price rise! | temelco

09/12/2014 08:23 | New options set at 16p, so at least a base price that needs some work to be done to be of any value in the future. | clocktower
08/12/2014 20:08 | The results look reasonable. The increase in gross profit over the comparative period arose because of the Tatra acquisition rather than organic growth. However the big profit driver is that operating costs are reduced, I guess as a result of integration benefits, so it looks like the company is delivering with this latest acquisition despite my cautious stance in July. I look forward to how the accounts will look when these integration benefits are combined with higher throughput(arising from contracts already announced) and increased efficiencies at Haydock along with reduced raw material costs as a result of lower oil prices. | valhamos
08/12/2014 17:39 | Yes, it's work in progress. Pointing in the right direction now though. These things do always take longer than expected. Reasonably optimistic that they are now on the right path. The Interpack subsidiary has done very well. They just need to replicate that success. | topvest
08/12/2014 17:19 | Disappointing on balance. Need to focus on couple of things before next acquisition. 1 implement efficiency measures at factory 2 make sure crate contract is successful 3 sort out governance structure eg jg becomes CEO, Get in new non exec chairman | rohkap
08/12/2014 08:25 | Sounds Good but still concerned about any additions they maybe planning. Still, they have to be commended on the job being done. Start of things to come with the dividend which in turn could be the signal for any decent rise in the share price | clocktower
08/12/2014 08:08 | Results out. Seem OK, except for disappointing delays again on the tote contract. That said, cost control looks very good and nice to see increased revenue. Interim dividend is probably the most bullish signal. Media sales decline now appear to have largely worked their way through. If they can turn the Haydock facility around there will be better returns going forward. Happy to hold. | topvest
02/12/2014 22:54 | like it is no bs- | charo
02/12/2014 20:39 | The way they say it! | topvest
02/12/2014 08:24 | topvest what sounds bad, clean sweep, new appointment, addressing lossmaking facility and substantial increase in eps. | charo
01/12/2014 20:15 | Yes, good news albeit they have a way of making good news sound bad. Anyway, looks like they can make some real progress here with a more dynamic management team. Paves the way for a new CEO next year. This was always going to take a while but things seem to be getting on track. | topvest
01/12/2014 18:04 | more important, board changes improvement all round. | charo
01/12/2014 16:43 | Very positive trading update, surprised the share price has not advanced further. | clocktower
28/11/2014 20:23 | Hopefully the recent drop in oil will feed through to better margins in 2H? | rohkap
28/11/2014 08:01 | Today's news is overdue - they left it late till he was 78 to move him on. Need to put a bit of life in the stock as well as the board. | clocktower
12/11/2014 20:29 | Interims probably out in a months time hopefully so we can see impact of latest acquistion. Fingers crossed for reinstatement of interim divi (even if its token). Makes sense as share price would jump making the next acquisition less dilutive for existing shareholders | rohkap
22/9/2014 18:31 | Yes, let's hope so. Looks encouraging! | topvest
22/9/2014 14:55 | Well the share price has continued to head upwards on a few decent buys of late. maybe something is once again in the pipeline - another addition? | clocktower
04/9/2014 13:18 | According to the chairman at the AGM the margins were total rubbish - if not minus. They are looking for - and finding - areas where they can get better margin | temelco
04/9/2014 12:23 | On the HMV announcement, I do wonder whether they have lost media contracts as well as the market being in terminal decline. It sounds like their revenue reductions (on media alone) are > than the sector decline. I suppose that may not be a bad thing if the margins are rubbish, but anyone else thinking this? | topvest
04/9/2014 11:44 | I agree Charo - a good start | temelco
04/9/2014 11:34 | Still 100 invested not bad for non exec in any company.how many non exec have taken such a significant stake in their companies. | charo
04/9/2014 10:17 | I expect it has been his buying before appointment that has supported the share price Not sure how good he will be as there seem to be negatives as well as positives but I do like the fact that he has a decent holding in CRU. Still only a hold at this time imo. CT | clocktower
04/9/2014 07:09 | Told you they would strengthen the board - and a healthy shareholding too. | temelco |
