Well my reading of the last accounts/RNS etc finds that

net CURRENT assets of Circa £22.5m as at December 12 including circa £10m CASH.

Running costs reduced to $750,000 (circa £500k) per annum whilst a buyer is to be found for the project with a NPV of $440m or £275 Million pounds !!!

Even if a buyer was found at a tenth of that puts NAV at £50m verses Mcap of £7millions today

Big disparity as pointed out by the Daily Mail.

mitch is 72 & they havent updated their website in years. my av. is 30p & have lost £65000 here. the only hope is replace him with the chap who bought 3m CDC shares from the BOD

Tiddler to Watch: Copper Development Corporation marked time at 2.38p. An American institutional investor, which has been persistently selling the shares since they were 30p in March, was said finally to have been cleared after about 5% of the company changed hands. Bulls quickly calculated that CDC's cash alone roughly equated to 4p a share.
