The COOL shares I have in my TD Direct account have changed this week to CCC and are being quoted in AUS $ so the transfer has occurred - who knows, it might relist after all !

Kenny, essentially it's down the pan since they've said who they're trying to sell
the assets to - Ivory Mint Holdings aka Irving Aronson. That gentleman tends to be
brought in at the end to suck any last assets before a delisting (see Minmet, SNRP)

no you still own the shares but they are at the moment only worth a fraction of your investment .ime in the same boat .we can only hope the new co make a good investment and the shares rebound .:)

The annual report discloses $2.6 million in fees and expenses accrued to Mr Landau
through his vehicle Okap Ventures.

The AGM has the resolution "to consider and if thought fit to pass the re-election
of Mr Landau as a director. What's the general consensus here, is he a fit person?

Peter Landau is a thief...avoid at all costs. This debacle of rights issue leaves a lot to be desired- of course he and his cronies will make money...how long can this scammer go on?

bam bam i was refering to this part of the rns "Given the timetable for completion of the refinancing or sale of the Company's
74% interest in CCL SA, the Company is unable to restore its securities to
trading on AIM in the immediate short term"to me that suggests a return some time in the future. c3 didnt you say that you were going to take part in the rights issue, because i remember saying that i wasnt going to throw good money after bad

Queenwood, the post was ok up until "in the future they intend to return to AIM"

That doesn't seem to be the case.

"Arrangement will be made to transfer AIM shareholders to the Australian register
of members so that they may trade their shares on ASX once trading is reinstated."

it looks like you will be refunded any money you invested from the previous rights issue, if you want that to happen, and then asked to participate in a new venture whatever that maybe, and at some point in the future they intend to return to aim.my bet is under a new co name
