30/11/2012 13:09 | just spoke with lloyds and had to request certs, and pay a £10 charge.. | bangers for bucks
30/11/2012 12:59 | I still have my holding showing in my Selftrade account but obviously with no figures available. I haven't received anything. | robseaton
29/11/2012 20:48 | B for B, yeah I got mine just after the deal was done, I was with Fidelity. I kept a couple of grands worth just for old times sake, suspect sometime down the line they may get taken out by a bigger outfit, or one of their collaborations may hit pay dirt. | diesel
29/11/2012 20:37 | Has any one received share certs from shares held in nominee accounts yet? mine where with lloyds but not received them yet. | bangers for bucks
30/8/2012 12:08 | fft...the JV's are where the potential is, the base business is doing ok and there are signs that they may be moving into more mainstream tv series, 'line of Duty' was excellent. But they are growing Collins and the investment is increasing revenues, higher profits should follow. I've kept a few of these as I see the potential for takeover is clearly there now that the pref share issue is sorted. | diesel
30/8/2012 10:30 | results are out on their website under financials. Look to be fairly solid with strong revenue growth due to Collins Av but similar small profit as last year. Have retained a small interest in this, now private company, will see how this pans out. | diesel
30/8/2012 09:09 | accounts still have to be submitted to companies house within 9 months of year end. If accts are not posted to shareholders, then they can be accessed, by anyone, from there. also, changes of directors etc will also be available there. However, the information in the accounts will probably not be as detailed as a full set of accts for a listed company. | fft
30/8/2012 08:51 | DP...you're right, but I presume they have to publish results for their shareholders even if this is a private company. | diesel
29/8/2012 20:46 | Don't think they have to do anything now via RNS as they are not listed. | dpmcq
28/8/2012 17:38 | What happens about results now? do they still have to publish within a time scale? | bangers for bucks
06/8/2012 17:59 | I'm still here; my 177,500 shares (with an average purchase price of about 16p) have been converted into a princely 136 new shares. I still have a probably forlorn, vague hope that one day they might be worth something again...... | robseaton
06/8/2012 11:43 | over 2600 to my name. It was interesting the way the price rose as it got closer to delisting. It wasnt what i was expecting, and having bought 750k at 0.475 one day when i could have bought as many as i liked at that price (online as well !), i do regret then having to have to pay more to get my shareholding up to where it is. | fft
06/8/2012 11:14 | I am left with just 400 shares. Awaiting 2nd of 2 certificates. | spig69
13/7/2012 14:33 | Yes very interesting. I sold my shares in 2007 at around 20p making a nice profit but then bought back in at 16p thinking I was getting a bargain! I finally sold yesterday. It's the right decision for me at this current time. My love affair with AIM is finally over. I've had some winners which include china shoto, renesola & playtech but I've also had some disasters with designer vision! I'm going back to basics and sticking with high yielding blue chips and re investing the dividends, I no longer have time to chase these fledgling companies around hoping they are going to turn in to the next big thing. Good luck to all that have held and Rob I hope the family Sunday dinner is not too awkward for you when your brother in law reminds you of the recommendation. Life goes on. Cheers | jaf1969
13/7/2012 12:50 | Thanks for the advice and good luck to all holders. By the way, it's funny looking back at the old ContentFilm thread from the heady days of the peak back in mid 2007, here: There is a lot to learn about how stock forums / messageboards work by having a quick flick through. It's good for a quick laugh if nothing else! | robseaton
12/7/2012 22:30 | Pimp...Would not be surprised if news is more forthcoming, this has all been engineered to take this private, and the sudden scramble for stock by the bosses is very revealing. | diesel
12/7/2012 22:15 | Yes good luck to all holders. Hope it comes good for you. Be prepared for no news until then ( much like before then!) | pimp
12/7/2012 21:58 | An ignominious end to life as a public company. One would have a certain respect for those who put on balaclavas and bash old folk over the head before running off with their handbags. At least they're upfront about their nefarious activities. | djderry
12/7/2012 16:35 | Rob...I think Bozzy's about right, your dealing account should be supplying you with a share certificate, the big question is how you'll/we'll ever be able to trade, personally I'm happy to hold a couple of thousand £'s of these as I think the newsflow and prospects will surprise, also I believe there is a very good chance of a takeover, someone like Ent One for instance. | diesel
12/7/2012 15:51 | Good luck whatever you decide Rob. I hope this does a OCZ for you (they delisted from AIM, relisted on NASDAQ a couple of years later, and the share price jumped almost 100 fold soon afterwards - it's still 40 times higher than on AIM delisting). This thread will remain open after delisting. As for your shareholding, I believe you need to ask Selftrade to forward your share certificate. So instead of holding in a nominee account, you hold the certificate yourself. I think this is right, but please someone correct me if I'm wrong. Best of luck to CMCP holders. FWIW I think holding shares in the private company is a better bet than selling at a big loss. | bozzy_s
12/7/2012 15:27 | Anyone? Also, will ADVFN take down this thread after the delist? | robseaton
11/7/2012 18:44 | If I decide to keep my shares, I assume the CMCP holding will just disappear from my Selftrade account. What evidence will I have that I still own the shares? I know that probably sounds a silly question but this is all new territory for me.. | robseaton |
