1m shares just traded, including 900k at 146p and 100k at 145.56p. Perhaps the end of an overhang?

Agreed rivaldo.

You'd think there would be some small cap investment funds looking at this one. I think this is a case of when, not if, this share begins to start taking off. That may be one, three months or even longer. Who knows? To me it looks like a share you would be afraid to be out of, one of these sod's law stocks, the minute you're out of it, it starts moving.

Personally from a selfish point of view, I hope the price remains stable until April 6th. I wouldn't mind picking up a few more at the current price for the new ISA year.

Just a form? Really?

It doesn't even come up as tradeable online with selftrade, iDealing or sippdeal. Only IG out of my 4 brokers will deal online in it.

Dave2608 -

Just goes to show you can't always read into trade data. It's the complete opposite from your post. All trades at 147p are BUYS...finnCap have a seller into them. There is only 1 trade that is a sell.

Don't take my word for it. Contact your broker.

GHF

Indeed dave2608.

And the W8-BEN form is really easy and quick to fill in as others have said.

Besides, I'm sure institutional investors will be poring over the excellent prospects here following the results over the next month or two.

Fantastic set of results like this and so far this morning there's been 12 trades: 11 sells and 1 buy. Sometimes you just shake your head in disbelief.

grannyboy, you can fill the form in on-line. It only takes a few minutes and like Nurdin says, it isn't difficult.

Yes I tried to buy in yesterday but was told I needed to fill in a form for the US tax authorities, so wasn't able to buy..No wonder there's not much trading in these!.

Great results from the company whose shares you cannot buy.

I have 4 different dealing accounts, can't buy CHT in 3 of them.

For that reason & the fact its a US company listed in UK its uninvestable.

Yes excellent results. The prospects and brokers target price look very believable given the size of their addressable market and the astute acquisition strategy.

Well finnCap's forecasts well & truly left behind with adjusted EPS +87% vs +43% forecast due to lower depreciation & amortilisation. Importantly operating cashflow considerably stronger.

Per finnCap,

"Constellation’;s strategy to become a leading provider of US medical billing services (a large, complex and fragmented market) is on track. FY 2015 sales grew by 40% (billing organic 9%), EBITDA grew by 68% (our forecast 59%) and adj. EPS by 87% (our forecast 43%, with the outperformance largely driven by lower than we expected depreciation and amortisation).

This rapid progress was backed by improving cash flow with $20m of operating cash flow, up from $7m last year.

Post the January 2016 fund raise the group has net cash and we anticipate further enhancing acquisitions as the bid for market share continues. We maintain our target price of 310p (113% upside) and do not anticipate making any major changes to our forecasts."

GHF

I can see no reason why not given they have now proved themselves. Surely any doubts have been well and truly put to bed.

Results are out and are well ahead of expectations.....

Sales are $76.7m compared to forecast $69.7m
EBITDA is $23.9m compared to forecast $22.6m

Adjusted EPS forecasts were 15.6c for 2015 (and 21.7c for 2016), but CHT haven't published the adjusted EPS figure so will have to work this out later.

Plus CHT has a $16m cash pile to spend on more acquisitions.

Are you just following last year's release date bb2, or do you have specific confirmation?

With all the acquisition activity, it wouldn't surprise me to see the results RNS a touch later this year.

Thx for that nurdin, we know that the results will be good, so I'm happy to hold for excellent upside here imo.

I note that Craneware continues to do well in the USA, and this commentary from Richard Holway's web site highlights the underlying themes which will support CHT's continued growth:

"Craneware is successfully ‘surfing the waves of disruption’ in the US healthcare market. The US healthcare system is changing rapidly so that some 50% of payments to US hospitals will have a value-based component, dependent on the outcome. For knee or hip replacements, for example, the amount the hospital gets paid will depend on how well the patient is doing over a 90 day period after the operation. The market is also seeing a consumerisation of healthcare, with a significant shift in payment responsibility from government authorities, large employers and insurance companies, to the patient. All this means that hospitals have a far greater need to balance care, cost and payment to ensure financial viability."

Rivaldo thanks for the update on brokers forecasts.

Had a quick word with their PR who say the free float is very small here and as a consequence there is hardly any stock available.'No one wants to sell at the current price'...hence the low (or rather non -existent) volume.

The company needs to do something to improve liquidity here !

Results towards the end of the month .

Why does this co. continue to list on AIM, it will not be rated accordingly while it is on this market, are they concerned about transparency that they would have to present if listed in the US, a reason to be very cautious of a co. such as this!

I've updated the thread header post for the latest forecasts and 310p broker target price.
