31/8/2007 08:17 | Closing price in Aus $4.07. At an approx. exchange rate of 2.4 that looks like 170p. What's the problem in London? | sandpipers
31/8/2007 08:14 | You are right! Interesting two 600,000 purchases yesterday. I wish I could anticipate the market like that. | sandpipers
31/8/2007 08:08 | PRICEWATERHOUSE COOPERS SAID THE PROSPOSED DEAL WAS UNFAIR AND REASONABLE - LOOKS LIKE THEY CAN'T MAKE UP THEIR MIND. Extract from the Vote No website | leadersoffice
31/8/2007 07:55 | Remember PwC; the original Pallinghurst offer was fair! | sandpipers
31/8/2007 07:52 | I think we can say at long last Pallinhurst have been out manoeuvred and about time. This is more like it, I bet the board room at CNM are tearing there hair out worrying about there jobs. I really hope Pallinghurst doesnt get our company and our sad board of directors who have been trying to get us to sell out on the cheap while they keep there jobs, I hope they lose there sodden jobs there a disgrace. Lets see what happens next... will Pallinghurst raise there offer??? Bit disappointed with MK's offer, dont think it stands a chance... no real meat on it. I think we should all congraulate Glenn Steadman who has worked very hard on behalf of us disgruntled shareholders highlighting the derisory offer and incompentance of our CSM board in the Vote No Campaign. I know its not over yet but it sure as well looks like the tables are turning in our favour, so cheers and well done :) | leadersoffice
31/8/2007 07:51 | Am I being greedy, I'm not sure $3.95 is enough? Anyway be interesting to see the management try to struggle to continue to recommend the Pallinghurst bid!? Sam | sammu
31/8/2007 07:45 | ..... the greatest gift that cnm share holders possess :) | leadersoffice
31/8/2007 07:44 | if a buyer comes in at these levels then we will know another bid is coming.. but I think we are close to the top unless the chinese want the company | gryphon2

29/8/2007 22:55 | I wonder if Pallinghurst are able to buy shares on AIM ? | greenleaf
29/8/2007 17:18 | My point is partly that people other than Pallinghust were buying above $3.60. Indeed at this stage I don't even know if P got any shares at 3.60. There will always be a discount in London until the final close | phillis
29/8/2007 17:05 | Plenty of action in Oz at 3.62/3.63 Quite right Phillis, but A$3.62=£1.47 - so can't see why we saw a drop in the share price on the AIM today. Oh well, shouldn't look for logic in the market. C | chriswatts
29/8/2007 16:21 | Plenty of action in Oz at 3.62/3.63 | phillis
29/8/2007 10:47 | What does Big T stand for... or is that a silly question? Read the second paragraph of today's RNS | phillis
29/8/2007 09:52 | UK investors were given until 24 August to accept the previous (3.30) Pallinghurst offer. I see nothing about deadlines/procedures for UK investors now accepting some 3.60 offer. All I see is an on-Market (only Aussie market!) option to sell to them today at 3.60. Someone please clarify, Ta! | bigtbigt
29/8/2007 08:04 | 30 cents not 30%! | phillis
29/8/2007 07:40 | No Big T... Looks like they are about to increase the offer 30% over the $3.30 aud dollars to $3.60. Bloody hell talk about mind games! | leadersoffice
29/8/2007 07:17 | You haven't read the announcement BIGT | phillis
28/8/2007 22:03 | so is it reasonable or legally permissible for Pallinghurst to offer $3.60 to CNM shareholders in Australia, whilst we UK shareholders have no option but to sell into the general market or vote yes and get just 3.30 ? | bigtbigt
