05/10/2016 12:09 | I'm preferring this thread lately. LOL. | kevjones2
04/10/2016 23:27 | Talk of a broker note yesterday from hybridan. I have not seen it. Has anyone a link? | goldeneye5
04/10/2016 16:58 | odvod...."Mr Market" is stupid???? are you sure you have the correct name???? : ) | thecynical1
04/10/2016 13:18 | The market has grown tired of waiting, but that is exactly the time to bag a bargain. | newprom
04/10/2016 10:26 | The market is valuing this ridiculously low - there must be a reason or proverbial Mr. Market is stupid (which occasionally he is) and the bulls--t continues ..... | odvod
03/10/2016 16:22 | The Prof is right. The market is valuing this ridiculously low,any deal will be at many times the current market cap.Place your bets and you may be at the payout window sooner than many think. At this market cap it will not take a lot of news to make this market cap look really silly. | newprom
03/10/2016 15:16 | depends on your definition of successful. Depends on what CGNR can retain in return for handing over the lions share of upside and costs. IMHO if a deal is struck the risk is that the other (larger) partner will just buy out the CGNR upside - at a £3mn market cap its hardly going to make or break the project, even with a premium. And all of that assumes a deal can be done - Prof has a bad reputation for not doing a deal as he regards this as very much his baby and worth far more than the market says it is actually worth. | craffert
03/10/2016 11:36 | Maybe not...anybody any idea of a target price, "if" a successful joint venture happens (ball park)? | goldeneye5
03/10/2016 07:25 | 20%+ rise today please. Looks to be a bit of demand. I'm expecting a few buys today. | goldeneye5
29/9/2016 14:25 | MTR have invested and wont be happy until we have a jv,so pressure on the board will be there.Goldeneye has a good chance of being right just because of this extra pressure. The Gold price is also favourable so this could be the time with our good drilling results of late.Companies are actively looking for deposits to exploit at the moment, mainly due to lack of recent investment in exploration recently. | newprom
29/9/2016 12:29 | Goldeneye: "I have always said that my views on the company are biased.." That was pretty much my point. We wouldn't want to inaccurately mislead CatsWhiskas or others. That would be just another form of lying. | kevjones2
28/9/2016 22:55 | Don't fancy waiting another decade for a mine anyone investing now will find their investment worthless in 10 years even profs will be !! | catswhiskas
28/9/2016 22:15 | For those who hadn't realised the new presentation on CGNR's upgraded website.http://www.c | goldeneye5
28/9/2016 22:07 | What else would it be other than a fluke? Myself and yourself kevjones2 have absolutely no idea when a JV may arrive. We can make a calculated guess. But that is it. I have expected one for many years, but it has not materialised. I have always said that my views on the company are biased, I hold these shares and am still happy to hold them. My timeframe predictions have been constantly wrong for years. If you post then you have an interest one way or the other. Anyone who views a board must realise that. This company has been been close to a jv a number of years ago, however plans were scuppered at the time and then the world changed. Deals could have been made along the way, but they were not the correct deals and whilst the might have provided a brief spike for shareholders, best interest of the company and shareholders would not have been served. Following the last PDAC, I think a Joint Venture will happen with a major mining company from Canada. Whilst painfully slow materialising it will happen. Recent results have been excellent. The company have not helped themselves with regard to market sentiment over the years either. I believe in this management team, and the resource. The only thing missing here is the partner. I will continue to read all views on the board and will not get sucked into bad mouthing anyone. Best of luck to all here, we need a little. | goldeneye5
28/9/2016 18:33 | CatsWhiskas, Goldeneye has been predicting a JV for years. Maybe he'll get it right one day but it'll be a fluke. Here he is in April 2013 when the share price was around just over 2.5p (£2.50p in today's post-consolidation prices): "....the sky is the limit here, very excited about this company...they always impress me..JV will se us immediately into double figures and a rush of money into this one...." The share price has fallen by over 90% since then and we're still reading the same thing. I'm sure if you look further back you'll see more of the same. Effectively, the share price is down around 99% since the first JV prediction, isn't this a wonderful company, wow what a great test result (x50), look at all that gold, great investment...blah blah blah. I wanted PIs to get together and approach the company but the rampers here were not, and are still not, interested. I've given up on them and CGNR. | kevjones2
28/9/2016 10:29 | No point Goldeneye ramping this share about JV in weeks as He will know it a pointless task so I think there s credibility here and Goldeneye has reason to believe progress is being made in the area. | catswhiskas
22/9/2016 23:13 | I know you have to say that Goldeneye, but you have been predicting that "within months if not weeks" transformational deal for years. I guess you have to because it's the only thing that will save the slow decline in share price. They could release RNSs like today's every day but no one gives a toss. The share price might reach if there was a partner, plan for a mine and funding. That would represent a real future rather than hopeless day dreaming. | craffert
22/9/2016 10:35 | Lack of jv partner means market don't care for results, nor does the market believe there will be a mine. Any other company would be flying high on today's results but not cgnr. On the positive side I believe we will have a Partner within months if not weeks. This will remove the share price suppression at long last, and sky is the limit after that. Company cannot complain about the shocking share price here, they have known the reason for years. Good times coming! | goldeneye5
22/9/2016 07:58 | CatsWhiskas, I'd expect the usual post test results shortterm spike followed by the usual share price drop. Same ole, same ole. | kevjones2
22/9/2016 07:33 | Are we looking at sub 20p again on these results because we arnt hearing what we need to hear | catswhiskas
22/9/2016 07:28 | Keep your hat on. Will get interesting soon. Nice results, but we want something else. Expect we will get soon. | goldeneye5 |
