Highlights of Statements Made at the AGM, Dublin 24(th) July

-- Connemara is a pure explorer focused on zinc and gold in Ireland holding 35 prospecting licences

-- Current prices of zinc over $2,700 a tonne and gold over $1,200 an ounce, makes Ireland an attractive place in which to explore

-- There is a significant rise in investment in zinc exploration in Ireland - particularly by Canadian junior explorers

-- Connemara is well placed to take advantage of this renaissance with good ground and good joint ventures

-- The block of 5 zinc licences in Oldcastle, joint ventured with Teck needs more drilling. Targets are deep. But the recent significant zinc discovery at depth in the Tara mine at Navan some 30 km away offers encouragement

-- We are hopeful that developments will take place on the Stonepark block of six licences, joint ventured with Teck, which has had some excellent zinc discoveries in the recent past. More drilling is required

-- We are completing a study on 5 new zinc licences, the Derrykearn block, which we expect will highlight drill targets. We will look to partners to explore the block

-- Connemara has 16 licences with potential for gold, eleven in Donegal and 5 in Wicklow/Wexford

-- We have discovered gold in Donegal and have plans to drill holes later in 2017 to follow the high grade veins found in 2016

-- In Wicklow/Wexford, where good drill targets have been identified at Tombreen and Knocknalour, we are in discussions with our joint venture partner, Hendrick Resources on how to proceed. It is likely that Connemara will play a more active role in future exploration
