08/9/2010 07:35 | I would have thought there would be plenty of people queuing up to sell their shares to shorters needing to cover for virtually nothing. "Smith99 - 8 Sep'10 - 08:34 - 4960 of 4960" | gilbertd
08/9/2010 07:34 | what does happen to shorters when a company goes bust, does their share price become zero or are all bets off as the shorters are unable to buy back in ? Sorry if this is an obvious question. | smith99

08/9/2010 06:54 | Cause investrors seem to have been taken for a ride by the Board of Directors and the auditors seem to have done a very very poor job. | hvs
08/9/2010 06:43 | I've got back from holiday late last night. Any news? I hold and will add on weakness. | purple sound
08/9/2010 06:24 | Doc as I mentioned LT holders I do feel sorry for, but you was one to be pushing the buy side story on this countless times Doc along with a lot of other people who are now sitting on big losses! | cool runnings
08/9/2010 06:22 | 'Why are people sorry for peoples losses?!' cr, I think some of the comments are regarding LTHs that invested in a 'safe' company. Bear in mind the statements made by management just before it went pop. Some would have trusted those comments. Essentially, it was rigged to blow up as soon as any govt cost-cutting flowed through, by auditors and the ex-bod. That strikes me as crooked - particularly when you consider that all of those involved would have been paid handsomely | the_doctor
08/9/2010 06:13 | Why are people sorry for peoples losses?! Quite simply its a mans game, people knew the risks involved in trading such a dangerous stock, if people have lost then that's life, however feel bad for the LT holders but the people buying from sub 100p when the risks were evident is just tough! | cool runnings
08/9/2010 05:53 | It's ironic really that big 4 accounting firms get money for the audit, they get money for any advisory work they can throw in too, then another gets money for the administration when the earlier firm allowed that to happen. Nice work for some. | the_doctor
