06/11/2008 17:49 | lEESON WHAT YOU WANA KNOW? i AM NEARLY IN THE 3% CLUB. Reason for share price dive from 100p to 18p. This is my take on it. CTU issued at 74p a load of shares to ESS.(EQS) ESS used these to support a loan from LANDISBANK. Landisbank go bust and reciever see some chance of cash and sells the shares even though ESS take out an injunction. Price falls to 10p as in a thin market no-one can see whats going on. Mellon and the BOD have been buying all they can and i think the parcel has now gone.Share price will come back to normal very very soon. There is a question as to a loss at ESS, but as ESS had a loan with LANDISBANK i assume they will just not repay it. The shares however were maybe worth up to 50% more than loan. EQS shares remain suspended. Great story and lots of money to be made here. CFG do not have any debt. tiger | castleford tiger | |
