Oh well, so Polymer want to carry on with an ever increasing loan ad infinitum? Very strange. But true!

Well, nothing from them so I'm voting in favour of everything, ie. removal and replacement of directors. I do have 2% so be interesting to see how close the vote is.

If they want my vote then they have publish the accounts and return from suspension, as a start. I doubt if they can do that if Polymer won't agree to extend the loan. So as they say "I'm out".

lol. One of the proposed directors is Duncan Vasey from Peterhouse - the company did appoint Peterhouse recently - I assumed as part of a plan, now they're acting surprised. Surely TW Indus aren't going to the egm with just 20%, they must expect Polymer to vote with them. Speirs is not someone to be trifled with that's for sure.

What future is there without a deal? I mean it is suspended and broke! And yet they want to carry on.

yes all very strange, thought polymer would be behind all the changes.

looks like if resolution got passed they could just call loan in anyway and liquidate..

There we have it. Polymer voting against? I assumed it was their idea, what are they here for anyway? Just talking to myself!

21 days are up tomorrow, where's our meeting? Perhaps the board will just agree to step down.

So just when everyone's forgotten TW Indus make their move. I guess they have the support of Polymer so they can do anything they want.
