Book5, if you genuinely think there is an equal chance of it being sold for less than current price why don't you take a Bayesian approach and sell half your holding today.

It won't be sold for less imo. It will either meet their minimum and be sold or it won't. They won't take $65m for it, the suggestion was laughed out of town in the recent interview.

Look at el limon, there is a community there. The mine has been there for decades and they keep finding gold. I know it's a smaller plant but goes to show how miners can work with the local community.

Need to look at the bigger picture book. The amount of investment and taxes paid and the impact on the economy outweighs the artisanal miners. This happens everywhere, this village is no different and you've become too close to your contacts.

Apparently Water plant is run by local communities, but it was installed to cnr cost and expertise.
Local mining jobs will disappear in say 20 years, may be less, once all gold is extracted.

Imho Calibre name is written on the wall, he keeps mentioning only its name .
Back in Christmas )at worse point in the market) the rumour among employees , some being made redundant by cnr , was if we can not find a buyer by June 2023, then cnr will close down

Now I am sure calibre is interested, but conditions and price is to be seen

Imho Jm M’s sin is not to have accepted a toll mining long time ago, fault is with him. We had engaged with contractors, renting property for them, and all went through the window bcs of his greed. Shame on him. Now back to calibre. Shame on him !Bad service to shareholders but insiders benefited…I am sure too

His suit is visibly more expensive than the interviewer's. I wonder, when he sticks his free hand round his bottom and flaps the tail of the jacket, is he doing it deliberately to show us the red lining? Or is he wound up very tight?

I'm not paying attention to what he says because he's a big liar, I just watched a couple of minutes to assess the body language.

Just chance that he happened to be in Switzerland, of course.

So why there are CONDITIONAL offers?
The only condition MC has mentioned is to own all the land , however , there may be others as for instance, low price payment now , follow by royalties in the future (% of profits) depending on success of the future land acquisition, mining operations….

In the best scenario calibre would pay cash per each share

the NPV already assumes the returns bond holders, equity holders expect and risk parameters including country risk to take account of. Therefore NPV can be viewed as super profit - it's what financiers of the business expect above their normal returns.

Imho The cheaper their shares are (devalued in relation economic -financial parameters) the higher the probability the will use devalued paper (calibre)to buy devalued assets (cnr).
If calibre share price reaches the market fair value, then they could use cash to buy us.
Cnr is probably not in a position to dictate terms, but calibre share performance will appeal cnr shareholders to accept their paper.
Here there is a business opportunity for calibre. Question are: what bits they are interested in, and at what price

Whilst I would like to know where AISC sits as of now, gold above $2000 is a great boost to CNR projections regarding more cash dropping to the bottom line. Of course, the ‘sovereignR17; trading desks could slam the gold price down, but the patterns in the markets would suggest that their fire power is not unlimted.

Question is how much they will pay ,
Our bargaining power is low, but if they see an investment opportunity they will go for it
