17/7/2007 19:38 | The shares need to rise above 10p, for the directors options, to have any value. The stock will jump on the full year results, if a good part of the first half loss is recovered.I am looking for around 500,000 profit in the second half of last year. The market will then come to the view that this years profit should come in over one million pounds. In effect the big rise in the shares will be in the next few weeks, as punters cotton on, to this growth stock. All above is in my view,as i can not find any profit forecast for the company. | torabora
17/7/2007 11:10 | My view is, as with other cheap stocks , buy when the bad news is in the price. Look up not down, [hard for a investor who has been in this stock a long time.]They have cut costs, and, as far as i can see the have very low or no borrowings. The Conder side has done well in the past, so just cutting out the fat should get the show on the road. At this level a bid is also on the cards. | torabora
17/7/2007 11:00 | They're cheap for a reason - still got a lot to prove. | philjeans
17/7/2007 09:04 | As with all great shares, a slow start on this new thread. | torabora
16/7/2007 17:20 | This share is, in my view far to cheap. As with all my stock picks, looking at the past will stop you buying them, However, as with FAN, at 30p, [now 115p] and NTA at 2p [now 56p], one should be able to make large profits, over time.Todays market cap is 3M pounds, and my target is 10M pounds plus. So, how come this is so cheap.?Well for a start they lost £760,000 in the first half, enough to scare off off most punters, add that, to the fact that part of the company was put into administration 13 months ago.!!!!. Next the good news, under outlook, in the interims.THE GROUP SHOULD HAVE RECOVERED A SIGNIFICANT PROPORTION OF THE FIRST HALF LOSS BY THE YEAR END,AND BE CASH GENERATIVE IN THE SECOND HALF.THE BOARD EXPECTS THAT THE GROUP WILL BE BOTH PROFITABLE AND CASH GENERATIVE IN 2007-2008. More good news is the directors buying prior to the full year results, and the two Million cash that came from the sale of another lump of the company in Jan this year. What is left, could in my view, make over 1M pounds in a full year. With no tax to pay for a year or two, on a low pe of 10, we are looking at a stock price of around 20p in a growing market. | torabora

08/5/2007 10:45 | Well the announcement explains what the delay was, I expect suspension to be lifted fairly soon now. | fridgebunny
06/5/2007 17:11 | For what it's worth, I suspect the deal was at c1p which is a small premium to the original float price. What a delay though! | topvest
06/5/2007 13:46 | im about to laminate my cert to use as a coaster :-) | leeson31
06/5/2007 13:32 | Nappers, I agree. I called the director on the number givem, and it got through to what sounded like a residential number. I was told by who I assumed was his mum (or maybe wife) that he had taken the dog out for a walk and would be back later (to the woods I believe). OK, made the company sound pretty small time, but hey, no problem with not running up loads of costs in my book. If they had office premises would be even more likely never to hear from them again IMO.... I think if I remember correctly I did speak to the guy later on another occasion and was told whatever I posted on the thread a couple of months ago. Just because it is suspended does not mean that we should no longer be notified of such things such as annual meetings in my understanding... WHEN IS THE AGM LETS GET SOME ALONG LETS ASK THE TOUGH QUESTIONS thats if anyone cares. Personally I bought a small number of these just before they suspended as a punt, so small, I really dont give a fig if I never hear from them again. Others with larger holdings may well feel more strongly. no advice intended, RoL >>>>>--------------- | robin_of_loxley
05/5/2007 15:24 | Well this company has certainly had a torrid time. The prospectus will be an interesting read, when it finally emerges! | topvest
26/4/2007 13:11 | yes I did mean 06 - corrected now. I also tried contacting the company a couple of times on the telephone number given on Plus and I got a BT Answerphone on what sounded like a residential line - very strange. I would be very surprised to see this come back from suspension now. | nappers
19/4/2007 21:38 | I think you mean 06? I seem to recall saying, that, imho, from near the start, this was one of the most overvalued investments I had ever seen. Makes All Star look well named in my view. | egoi
19/4/2007 21:28 | Am I right in thinking that if the shares were suspended on 24/11/06 then they must be back by 24/5/07 or be de-listed ? | nappers
06/2/2007 12:44 | blimmy can I get excited and take my share certificates down from the bog wall | seagreen |
