So how come the directors at Cha knew nothing about the Administration.

Have the board been issuing RNSs that were mis-leading and untrue

I can't remember the timelines but the insolvency of VE must have been foreseeable from the accounts as soon as one assumes not the rosiest of pictures for this company. Allied to that is the rejection from ve of venture capital. Rejection? Or perhaps those with deep pockets weren't interested in an inflated projection of profits. Regardless, as solo states, only thing for now is a placing for his mates at cheap prices who may have forward sold or will benefit from a future pump.

I can see a placing coming with his chums to provide working capital coming up so his chums get in cheap whilst we lose out.

This way his chums who backed him with CHA and are losing out get back in very cheaply or and average down

Are we suggesting Akers got done over? Although this is quite possible I'm wondering if this is part of the strategy. Time will tell I suppose. For now Cha is dead.

Really shows the shambolic nature of the board. Hindsight speaking but concha's purchase of 0.43% looks like a very smart move on the part of the seller. Sold a pup. And it's impossible that the information wasn't available. Looks like due dil was poor.
