The Company announces that on 18 October 2017, the following Director was granted options over ordinary shares of 7 (5) /(9) pence each in the Company under the Computacenter Sharesave Plus Scheme, an all-employee share scheme.

The options were granted at an Option Price of GBP7.89 and can normally be exercised between 1 December 2022 and 31 May 2023. The exercise of options on maturity is not dependent upon performance criteria.
